He has worked on and replaced my air conditioners, leveled my unit and had to repair my slide when I was not even there yet. He keeps track of the roof maintenance that is needed every couple of years and replaced my awning before I arrived one spring. This year I asked him to go in and upgrade my microwave to a micro/convenction oven. He did this and went one step further and found one with an air fryer setting as well. He is kind and helpful and most of all trustworthy. He has turn key access to my unit and always keep me informed on the progress he is making in my requests for repairs and help.
