Will never use them again for this reason. Bad enough you have an accident and the stress that goes with that, but to be charged a small fortune for the tow as well.

But at what cost? Their customer service was terrible! We waited days for responses from their team! They charged us roughly $25,000 for a roll over tow and a clean up. It felt as if we were being purposely price gouged to an extreme to force us to use our insurance. Their lack of communication was unacceptable along with their poor customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anybody! The owner Micheal also wasn't happy by my word of choice in an email by saying "per usual" referring to their lack of communication and decided to add $7,000 to our bill as "storage fees" that he previously agreed to not charge us. He also wouldn't release the truck unless we zelled them the difference between what the insurance covered and what was left over ($5,000). He would not let us use a credit card because he was scared we would dispute the charge. That alone says a lot about the type of company Micheal runs. "I will not risk a charge back" , these are his words. I've been in the trucking industry for over 5 years and have never been forced to pay a bill via Zelle or my truck wouldn't be released. On a side note, Jenn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with as are most of his employees.

After going to the said location of where I wanted my car to go, it's not there. And the place hasn't even heard of it. So now my car is missing. The driver took my vehicle to a completely different place, without telling me. I spent the morning trying to figure out where my vehicle was. Come to find out it's at a completely different place with a completely different name. They told me if I wanted it to be transported I'd have to pay. Pay for THEIR mistake. My insurance agreed to get it transported. I asked the name of the driver. They said they know who the driver was, but wouldn't give me the name however, they allowed me to leave a complaint. The excuse was, "he's only been here a few weeks." They need to train their employees to communicate with their customers. I should NEVER be clueless on where a towing company is taking my vehicle. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this installer. From the start, he was suspiciously…read morepersistent in trying to get me to come to him for the radio installation, offering various "solutions" to get me there, which should have been a red flag. When I finally did, he claimed my radio was faulty and spent 30 to 55 minutes just playing with wires without actually doing anything. I was skeptical, so I tested the radio myself using a multimeter and a DC power supply outside of the car, and it powered on perfectly. To double-check, I also tested it inside the car, and the radio worked just fine. When I confronted him, he tried to cover his tracks by reinstalling my old radio, which powered up immediately, contradicting his earlier claims about faulty wiring. He tried to brush it off with a weak excuse, but it was clear he was lying. This guy is a scammer--avoid him at all costs.
