There is a 2nd floor lounge with windows that gives parents and siblings a fantastic view of the kids who are training in the gym or the pool. Love this feature! They had an event credit on our account for 3 years from when we had to cancel a special event enrollment back before he enrolled in classes. Can't recommend this business enough. The owner claims someone hacked her email over the summer and that the person I spoke to wasn't her. But I emailed the address listed on her studio's website, asking them to confirm the authenticity of the texts and emails, and they assured me it was legitimate. Now, months later, when classes were supposed to start on October 7, I discover there are no classes scheduled. The owner refuses to refund my $220, despite the fact that the money was sent to her studio's email. To add insult to injury, she has the audacity to ask for payment for classes she claims were "actually" held, when the October 7 classes were clearly fraudulent. I had one decent class here and wanted to come back, but this experience has left me furious and distrustful of this establishment. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I showed up for a class today at 1 o'clock and no one was there. When I went to the desk, they were kind of dismissive. "If nobody's there it was probably canceled. Did you check the app?" They should know their audience. A lot of people are older and don't want to work apps. And with that being said, why would you hand me a weekly class list that is not correct? I also asked the front desk three times in the week I've belonged, where a class was located. None of them said "oh it's right here or it's right there." Every one of them had to pull up the app or go to the monitor and pull up a class. Shouldn't the front desk know more about what's going on and what classes are being held and where they are in the gym? I don't know. It's kind of souring me.

They "assessed" kids, but they did not teach at all, they just entered notes on their tablets. What good is an assessment without teaching? Most of the time, they were just walking around. Only 1 instructor went around and talked to *a few* kids, showed them a little. This is not a class, this in an indoor playground. Most of the positive reviews are about birthday parties, not from people looking to have their kids learn gymnastics, and get better at it.

My daughter who is in level 3 comp, can't wait to go to each practice and is on cloud 9 every time we leave. The lessons she is learning now at 6 years old(try hard work hard and be rewarded, while having fun!) will carry though to all facets of her life!
