Parents could go up and down the structure. The bubble: water room was our favorite. We worked on our engineering skills to keep the balls moving as well enjoyed seeing them fly high in the air. The bubbles room was not bubbling for us. But nonetheless the soapy water had bubbles. Kids imaginations are able to thrive in the Theatre and on Lego Tables! There is a make believe Farmers Market for kids. Oh and a "mechanic" section where they can build and alter two vehicles.

There is a toddler/baby room for those little ones who can't quite enjoy everything this place to offer. For this area, you need to take your shoes off and only wear socks. Sometimes there are shoe covers available, but I wouldn't count on it. I continued to renew my pass because as my child got older, he loved this place even more. He always has so much energy so I needed to find a place that would keep him busy indoors, especially during our winter months. The bubble room is definitely our favorite room because we get to play with bubbles together. There are areas for water play as well. This truly engages their creativity so they would need to build things within the water to have it travel farther along with balls being shot up in the air. There is an area for those kids who just want to enjoy books in a little cubby and those who want to play pretend theater. Sometimes we go into the one area where the pretend store and kitchen is and my son will go grocery shopping and cook something for me. It's truly a great place to keep your kids active and engaged.

Kudos first to the Science Center staff, from Xander at the ticket desk to the folks working exhibits, the security guards, and finally the corporate staffer who opened the door after hours to help me find an object I'd forgotten, this is a group of friendly, competent, kind people who embody customer service. What a treat! The movie itself was enlightening and entertaining and the interactive exhibit further enhanced the experience. Returning to the Science Center will be a pleasure, made even more affordable thanks to the annual membership I decided to purchase. I've been to my fair share of natural history museums, and while this one is compact, it is very modern and packs a punch! When you enter, you're immediately greeted by a giant dinosaur and that set the tone for the whole visit, I felt like I kept seeing dinosaur bones everywhere! It took me a moment to orient myself to the museum layout, but looking back it's pretty compact and I could've easily wandered and enjoyed most of the museum in a couple hours. I especially enjoyed how interactive the earth section was, and this is silly but sit on those rock-looking cushions - they are SO comfortable! The little planetarium area was also very cool, and I would consider seeing a show in there next time! The dioramas are by far the most beautiful/engaging I've seen, and with between the fish video cave and the outdoor animal area, I felt like I also got a mini trip to the aquarium and the zoo. Overall I had an amazing time and this spot is super baby/toddler friendly! Note: If you have ASTC membership, admission is included! As a non museum member, I'd recommend street parking. It's much cheaper than the flat rate garage fare.

We watched a T-Rex film that I will say, I thought was going to be dumb.... But again was actually so cool! Do not underestimate this museum! Plus Cuyahoga county residents get in for free on the weekends & according to their events page.. they hold SO many fun activities for kids and adults - like yoga! I cannot wait to come back & explore this place again (especially the planetarium) & participate in some of there events! Thank you for the sweetest staff & a great day!

But the movie -- perhaps the dude who narrated it -- is just not my bag. Maybe it's the whiny little brother ... I don't know. The house, however? That's a totally different story. People line up here like it's the last place on earth. They dress up in bunny costumes and climb under the sink for photos. It's really cool to see this. Plus the place is nicely adorned with movie props. Only so many people can be inside the house at one time (fire codes), which makes it easier to grab photos. I'm told there is a line during the Christmas season, and that was certainly the case on my Dec. 24, 2025 visit. Good news: It moved quickly. There's a gift shop across the street, along with a museum, and the car and fire truck from the movie. For fans of this movie, this small block is Mecca.

The building itself is stunning, with great architecture and tons of natural light that makes walking through the galleries feel really open and peaceful. Just make sure to plan your timing because they close at 5 PM. The staff throughout the museum were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This was around 10-10:30 pm and the police that were hired at event forced everyone to stand outside. Keep in mind it was about 6 degrees in Cleveland. I understand the event was over and they had to close but grace should've been given considering the weather. Although the event was nice maybe you shouldn't attend in the winter because they'll put you out.

It's a super cool shape and all glass on the outside. Near it is another giant piece of public art, a big hand. Parking can be a little difficult around the museum as it's a pretty walkable area, but there are a few pay lots within walking distance. The museum is 4 floors I believe and has constantly rotating exhibits. They don't collect or keep any pieces which makes each visit a new experience. The exhibits are typically interesting and sometimes they feature local artists. I've attended a few events here which are usually pretty cool. They have a large open space perfect for a dance floor, wedding, or any type party of event. They also have a cool gallery hall where they usually set-up the bar. Unfortunately, it really was unimpressive. I'm not a modern art person, but I've seen much better than this. The top of the stairs led to a bizarrely pointless overlook of very little of the interior. The most artsy exhibit had some abstract paintings that looked kind of cool but didn't photograph well. Another floor felt like it was basically a dare to dislike the art, with text framing the artist's identity as if this was very important, but the actual exhibit being childishly unoriginal and aesthetically bankrupt. Maybe future exhibits will be better, but the other reviewers don't give me a ton of confidence about whoever's making creative decisions here. The view of the neighborhood was nice, but I found that I spent barely half an hour trying really hard to get something out of the museum before giving up, and it really wasn't worth the time or money that I spent on it. And it was free!
