First thing I want to do is show the character of his installers. Our family helped tear up all the carpet and pads up and put them on a trailer. To help the installers out we decided to just take them to the landfill ourselves so they did not have to handle this. When we pulled up to the dumping station two young men came up and said let us help you. We are older people and was impressed by their generosity. Come to find out they worked at C.arpet Direct. In my experience, the manager communicated in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional, including banging on my door and speaking aggressively. I also encountered concerns regarding lease terms and policies that were not clearly or consistently explained, particularly around pet permissions. There were instances where I felt uncomfortable with how payments were handled, including being asked for cash without receiving receipts. Additionally, I did not feel that sensitive situations were handled with appropriate understanding or professionalism, which added significant stress and anxiety to my living experience. Overall, while the property itself has positive aspects, the management experience made it difficult to feel comfortable or at home.

Mr. Whitman's colleague repeatedly instructed Mr. Whitman to revise his standard POA to no avail. Mr. Whitman's lackadaisical work ethics, incompetence and negligence was the catalyst for other unscrupulous individuals to swindle away my mother's rights and disregard her final wishes.
