I am so glad that I did because they were done early with other jobs and came over and fixed door on Tuesday while I was sleeping. I went out to garage at 730pm to move some things for them to do work next day to find my sons car in the garage and the door was fixed, I was amazed. They are great and the bill was even better, they are extremely reasonable for having two crew for an hour repairing our door. I will definitely be using them for all future garage door needs and recommend to anyone I know that needs their garage door fixed.

But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

He gave a reasonable price for just the head unit and we scheduled the work. 1st appointment - had to re-schedule as they couldn't make it. 2nd appointment - finally made it out and looked at the unit and said what he had wouldn't work and said he would need to get pricing from his manufacturer for whole new setup. I mentioned that we talked about it being a larger garage door before he even came out. Why didn't he tell me up front that what he had in his warehouse wouldn't work? It's been days and haven't heard from him. I guess if he can't sell you an old stock warehouse garage door opener, then he wants nothing to do with you. I feel like this was a bait and switch situation as the other companies were more expensive. I've texted him several times and have not heard back. At the very least, ANY communication could have prevented this review. Oh well, on to the next company!

Not only did he figure out what was wrong with my garage door he was able to fix it right then and there and explain why it wasn't working to me. They lubricared all applicable sites that needed attention as well as tightened all bolts that were loose. They went as far as to replace or install those bolts the were unserviceable or missing. I respect Mr. Barnett's willingness to assist in one more customer at such a late time of the day. Travis confirmed his diagnosis of my garage door needs and fixed the door so it open and closed again within 30 minutes of arriving. The cost was the cost of a normal service call.
