In 2019, he recommended we get an iron filtration system, similar to the one in his home, which would work in tandem with our water softening system, so we ordered it and he installed it. Some time during 2019 and 2020, the system he installed needed repaired on three occasions. For the first and second repairs, he arrived within a good time frame and repaired the system. On the third repair, we made a dozen or more calls, left voice mails, over a period of weeks, as our system continued to leak water everywhere, to no avail. He never returned our calls nor did he stop by to set up a time for repair. We are INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED and have had to call 2 additional water and plumbing services to try and get this repaired. If we can't, we are out thousands of dollars on this one job that could have been taken care of so simply by him. If he would have simply explained that he was booked up or had an emergency in the family that he was dealing with, we would surely have understood, but to just blow us off is really disappointing, at the very least!!!

Hired him to install ceiling lights. I have tiles. He said he could do it. He marked the tiles but…read morecut a hole in the wrong tile. Put plaster to cover it but it looks tacky. All of the lights had chips and gaps around them. Had to buy goof rings to cover up all the mistakes. Finally admitted that he'd never worked on tile before. Only sheetrock. My house is NOT for you to practice with. The curtain rods I had him replace were slightly lopsided since he didn't use a leveler. I had him install a light fixture. He forgot to add the glass plate that covers the light. He came back to install but it's crooked. Not every handyman does good work.
