He did not recommend where I could receive the service elsewhere, nothing. It seemed like this guy is just chasing a buck... Customer service still counts. I strongly recommend contacting O'hana Notary instead of this company. They provide excellent customer service even when they did not offer the service I needed or you maybe inquiring out at the moment. Ohana Notary is knowledgeable about who specialize in what service in their field, on the island, that you are looking for and they will advise you on how to get what you need even if it is not with their company. That is integrity and excellence in customer service.

Her office is located near Eaton Square, where Kuru Kuru Bakery is. It's on the fourth floor in a workshare. She is incredibly flexible with her hours and she was very kind and understanding about what I had to deal with. She responds quickly via text as well. She got my document notarized within 15 minutes and I was out the door. Parking is metered parking right outside Eaton Square - there's also digital pay parking in a small shopping area on the Diamond Head side from Eaton Square as well. Compared to other Notary Publics she charges a *very* reasonable price for her flexibility and mobility. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

She is thorough when going over a quote so that she is prepared when she comes to meet you. She explains each step as she does it. As well as an explanation for each stamp, signature, and initial needed. She even came back to meet me because she was worried they might ask for a different stamp. So she called me and turned around right away. For $50, she's an amazing value, and an even better person. She wanted to give me money back because SHE made the trip back! She is so honest and kind, I refused to let her because she was looking out for me. If you need someone that will be honest with you, and help you to understand what you're signing off on, she is hands down the best! I look forward to more appointments with her. She's officially my "go-to"!
