He did not recommend where I could receive the service elsewhere, nothing. It seemed like this guy is just chasing a buck... Customer service still counts. I strongly recommend contacting O'hana Notary instead of this company. They provide excellent customer service even when they did not offer the service I needed or you maybe inquiring out at the moment. Ohana Notary is knowledgeable about who specialize in what service in their field, on the island, that you are looking for and they will advise you on how to get what you need even if it is not with their company. That is integrity and excellence in customer service.

The place was easy to find, parking was right next to the building, and the office was very clean. Nico was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to in fulfilling all the requirements for the fingerprinting. This put me at ease as I was anxious about the process. The fingerprinting was quick and easy. Nico also offered information on different shipping options and provided the envelope and label for a discounted fee. One less thing to do! I am so glad I chose this place and will go there again next time I need to.

She is reliable and responds quickly. She also is mobile so she can always come by to meet you. She's also very flexible and understanding. She lays everything out for you and she has everything prepared based on your quote with her. Her handwriting is exceptional (I'm big on penmanship). She is thorough when going over a quote so that she is prepared when she comes to meet you. She explains each step as she does it. As well as an explanation for each stamp, signature, and initial needed. She even came back to meet me because she was worried they might ask for a different stamp. So she called me and turned around right away. For $50, she's an amazing value, and an even better person. She wanted to give me money back because SHE made the trip back! She is so honest and kind, I refused to let her because she was looking out for me.
