Website: false advertising on prices. "$5 per signature + mobile notary fee (determined by location, number of signers, number of documents and/or printing) $50 minimum" When called back for a quote for an in town close mobile notary was total $150. Should just say $150 minimum on the website then. read more

I had to sign some paperwork needed for an east coast closing and my attorney arranged for this notary service to be available. Corinne was great!!! She was very accommodating (arriving early because of my scheduling conflict). She had everything ready upon my arrival: pen in hand (Blue or black? Does it matter? .... Yes, apparently it does), two forms of ID, stamp ready. Prepared, professional and efficient. GREAT JOB !!! read more

Quick. Convenient. Services are well-explained. Took 10 minutes to get to my place in Kakaako and ten minutes or less to finish the notary.

Very prompt and helpful when I needed it during Covid! I highly recommend Mobile Notary to get the job done when and where you need them!

Fast, friendly, courteous, and professional! Great service, will definitely use them again.

Kellan was great! He was professional and friendly. He helped ease our Covid concerns and wore a mask for the entire transaction. He was flexible and agreed to sign the docs in our backyard so we could better social distance. Much appreciated and would totally use him again when we need a notary! read more

Absolutely world-class, super professional notary service that's fast, reasonably priced, and top notch in all aspects. From initial communications to the end product, this is the premier notary to call when urgency levels preclude waiting for the next business day. Exceeded my expectations ten-fold. On top of everything, as it turned out, flash flooding and hazardous driving conditions didn't deter Ms Corrine from arriving ahead of schedule. Cannot put into words my overall satisfaction and my amazement at the professional support provided by this exemplary firm. The next time I need a notary, I will definitely choose this company again. read more

On time, efficient, and friendly. Best notary seen to date. Will use their services again in the future.

Kellen was great to work with. Made signing docs quick and easy! I would be happy to use mobile Notary Services again.

We had an awesome experience with Kellan who helped us with our many many many mortgage refinance documents. It was super convenient to have him come to our house. He was on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. Most of all he was knowledgeable and patient! In this time of COVID-19, he came prepared with his own face mask on for our safety. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a notary. You can't beat the convenience and service! read more

I showed up an hour late for a signing and Kellan graciously and patiently waited for me. He was incredibly friendly and professional even after I made him wait so long. I can say how appreciative that made me and I was very impressed. Mahalos for the great service! read more

I'm so happy that I found Corrine! She was the only mobile notary I was able to find. Not just on Yelp, but online! Communication with her was fast and easy. Her response time when you message her on Yelp is very quick. I had her meet me at my father's care home to get Power of Attorney documents signed and notarized. Provided her with the address and was able to find the residence with no trouble. She accepts all forms of payment--cash, check, credit card (with a 4% transaction fee). The entire process from start to finish was less than 10 minutes. She's very nice and really easy to work with. If you need notary services or mobile notary services, I highly recommend contacting Corrine! read more

Kellan come to my office fast. I emailed at 6:00 am, we setup an appointment at 10:00 at my office by the airport.

Corrine was great. We needed a mobile notary service to get our son's high school transcript notarized for the Korean university he will be attending in the fall. She was very professional, answered messages and confirmed in detail what we needed, messaged the day before to confirm, and showed up at time and ready to go at the school. She made sure we were familiar with the apostile requirement Korean Universities have and offered to handle it for us (we did it on our own). The cost may shock people but quite honestly I could not find anyone else that could do this mobile and after our experience, would not hesitate to use her again. Highly recommend Corrine and her 5 star rating is legitimate and well deserved! read more

I procrastinated like always and needed some documents notarized quickly. I looked up mobile notary service and I called immediately. Luckily Corinne was available and was very nice on the phone. Thank you very much Corinne :) I will call you again. read more

Kellan was terrific. Arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and also very professional. Answered any questions I had and left with me feeling very confident in the whole process. Thanks again read more

Kellan provides a positive experience from beginning to end ! Exceptional service. Thumbs up all the way.

Set up an appointment with her the day before for 12:30pm. I texted her around 12:45pm thinking maybe she was driving and she might be late. By 1pm when she didn't respond I called her three times and each time it went to voicemail! By 1:20pm the appointment I had with the other party was long over! I am very upset as the item I needed notarized was time sensitive and included another party which I had to make an appointment with. I thought she would be much more professional based on the reviews but she WAS NOT. Response to her comment below: When booking the appointment she put us on hold and checked her schedule and then confirmed that the 12:30pm-1:30pm time. She did not call us at all this morning and I will be happy to share a photo of our phone log to prove that she did not call us. We called her three times and texted her three times to see where she was. We waited from 12:30pm - 1:30pm and only after 1:30pm did she try to make contact. She could have answered her phone or text message to apologize and let us know that she could not make it. I will not be attempting to reschedule with her based on the fact that I cannot rely on her showing up to our appointment. Bottom line is she needs to be more professional in real life not just her responses online. read more

The documents that I needed to get notarized were already giving me a huge headache. In fact, most times that I ever had to take documents to a notary service, it was always a hassle. I would go to banks and their notary would not be in at the moment or on that day. It makes filing paperwork even more unpleasant and troublesome than usual. Corrine is such a savior!! She took care of my documents right away. The process was quick and easy!! What a relief!! I recommend her services to my friends, family and to all of YOU!! read more
