Her response time when you message her on Yelp is very quick. I had her meet me at my father's care home to get Power of Attorney documents signed and notarized. Provided her with the address and was able to find the residence with no trouble. She accepts all forms of payment--cash, check, credit card (with a 4% transaction fee). The entire process from start to finish was less than 10 minutes. She's very nice and really easy to work with. If you need notary services or mobile notary services, I highly recommend contacting Corrine!

Mobile Notary Public in Hawaii did not offer the specific service I needed at that time (Live Scan…read morefingerprinting). He did not do anything beyond having the price preset on the message. He did not recommend where I could receive the service elsewhere, nothing. It seemed like this guy is just chasing a buck... Customer service still counts. I strongly recommend contacting O'hana Notary instead of this company. They provide excellent customer service even when they did not offer the service I needed or you maybe inquiring out at the moment. Ohana Notary is knowledgeable about who specialize in what service in their field, on the island, that you are looking for and they will advise you on how to get what you need even if it is not with their company. That is integrity and excellence in customer service.

The place was easy to find, parking was right next to the building, and the office was very clean. Nico was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to in fulfilling all the requirements for the fingerprinting. This put me at ease as I was anxious about the process. The fingerprinting was quick and easy. Nico also offered information on different shipping options and provided the envelope and label for a discounted fee. One less thing to do! I am so glad I chose this place and will go there again next time I need to.

I shot him a quick text and within an hour he responded with availability for a same day appointment. I'm so grateful for his reliability and work ethic, extremely professional and kind. And the best part was you can pay with Venmo, everyone needs to get on that train! This past May we were desperately looking for a notarizer to help our family get some documents signed and notarized. Due to my father being in hospice homecare and unable to leave the house, we had no other option but to look for a mobile notarizer. We first went to the banks and tried to see how we could get someone to come to our house. Unfortunately you would have to make an appointment which could take up to a week and the fees were almost $350 (or more depending). My family and I thought that was ridiculous so I came on Yelp. After trying to call 2 other companies I came across Ralph's services and decided to give him a call he answered right away and was in town and we didn't expect him to be available right away, but he said he could be at our house that evening and so we set it up and to my surprise he called back half hour later and said he was available right away and so he asked for directions and he was at our house 20 minutes later. Long story short, he was literally in and out of our house within 30 minutes! Not only was he fast and efficient, he was also very kind. Due to his "unexpected" change of appointment he gave us a discount which made us laugh because we told him we were the ones that called last minute so please just charge us the regular fees, which he still didn't except and still charged us the discounted fee. I just wanted to say thank you so much Ralph for everything, it's taken me a while to write this due to all the things that's happened after, but please know that my family and I are so very grateful and to also expect some calls from a few of our friends and family members soon.
