Pretty good deal (even sweeter if you have a cash back credit card like Costco that gives 4% back on any gas purchases... 15 cents off the pump price AND another few cents back through rewards is good stuff... right now gas is over $3.50 per gallon so you'd get another 14 cents off through cash back... total of 29 cents off the pump price!) and they have gas that burns clean. The more I notice my surroundings. Cause if you're just passing through you wouldn't really notice the dust. But sitting next to a dusty table top you can even see kids finger prints. They probably tried to write their name in the dust with a finger. Lol. Or the carpet stains on the carpet. That makes it look there might have been a rainy & muddy day. Or maybe as a customer sat down they spilled their coffee. At least the carpet design hides the stains pretty well. It's only really noticeable if you start looking for it. Plus as I sit here other customers are coming & going out. Makes me wonder if they have to work today too? Or maybe they're off. Some of them might have just bought a new car. Or just getting their oil changed. Either way no matter what brought them in today. We all are here today because we needed a service done & Island Honda Service Center is where we chose to come to get it done. So thank you for keeping me entertained this morning. I had car work here a couple of years ago after having an accident. It was an all around TERRIBLE…read moreexperience. The customer service was 1/10. The lady (Heui) I dealt with would ignore my calls and emails. I thought maybe she was on vacation or something it was so bad. But, as soon as I'd call or email the manager, she'd get back to me immediately. My car was in the shop for a MONTH. When I picked up my car I was told they were going to wash it. It had clearly NOT been washed. So, I asked the guy who handed my keys over to me and he said "well if we wash it you'll have to wait a while." So I left. What I've most been upset about is after being in the shop for a month I assumed all the repairs were being made. I can't remember if it was when I picked the car up or when i got it home that I noticed it still needed body work. The fender was still pushed out and they never installed a wheel well guard. I then looked at the paper work & it was noted that I needed to take it to a body shop for the fender repair. A little verbal communication about this would have gone a long way. THEN they were supposed to replace 2 tires which was in my quote. After driving it for a week I noticed one of the tires that was supposed to be replaced was bubbled out. This felt like a huge safety concern for me. I called and They claimed they had forgotten to update the order and I had not been charged for that 2nd tire. Of course, they didn't have the tire I needed on hand & would have to order it. Again. Another nice wait. I asked for a loaner vehicle. They said they didn't have any but they'd put a donut tire on for me while I waited for the tire to come in. There was no care nor apology for this mistake. I thought taking my car to the Honda dealership that I would get better work and care. It was a HORRIBLE experience all around. I'd NEVER use them again. Sadly, I feel there's such limited options on Maui that businesses get away with this kind of work and service. 0/10
