He came back 35 min later and seemed to be in a hurry. He was talking in circles not making any sense and then he very aggressively cut a piece of my toenail off and nicked the skin causing a small cut and bruise. After I left, I had a few more questions about the products he recommended so I tried to call back. No one would answer the phone. Finally got one of the ladies on the phone and asked her the questions. She told me to hold on like she was going to go ask someone and instead she just hung up the phone. I called right back and another lady said she was busy and that Antonio said he would call me back. Three days later I'll let you guess if he ever called me back. I could go on and on about some things he suggested for my foot that other health care professionals don't agree with but that would just be based on opinions so I won't go there. Do yourself a favor and call another foot doctor.

The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've never found many physician's as Dr Lee-Sigler who go over your diagnosis and treatment plan as she. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! PS: Dr Lee-Sigler personal assistant is a dream.

I came here after a referral from my primary care doctor based on location (trying to avoid having…read moreto drive to germantown). Parking was easy and the staff in the building were helpful in directing me to where this office was located - it is a bit of a maze! I believe the positives of this place end here. When I arrived in the waiting area it was packed. I arrived appropriately early (about twenty minutes) and completed my paperwork. I sat for 45 minutes past my appointment time in an overcrowded waiting room where a TV too loudly played some jerry springer type show and there were no magazines. The office seemed dirty, more like what I'd expect in a jail waiting room than a doctor's office. After 45 minutes (65 if we count me arriving early) I was finally taken to the back. The xray tech was rude, not greeting me at all. He simply demanded I move this way or that. More concerning was he never asked if I was pregnant - which I believe is required when taking xrays. I was put in a room for another 15 minutes. The picture I took was in the room, which made me even more unsettled about this make shift doctors office. I finally poked my head out and said I would leave if not seen soon. After over an hour wait, I needed to get moving because I had somewhere to be. The doctor came in within a few minutes. He didn't even examine me (thankfully). He basically told me I needed surgery, which sounded extreme compared to all the research I'd done. I told them I would think about it. Honestly, I didn't trust my health in the waiting areas any longer - let alone allowing this shoddy doctor's office to cut me open!!! I honestly left here in tears at how unsanitary and unprofessional this place was. In a world without insurance, I'm not sure if this place is considerably cheaper than others but I'd strongly suggest people go elsewhere. Cheap or not, I'd honestly be concerned with the quality of work this place performs, as well as any secondary conditions that arise out of poor procedures. I don't really know the track record or reliability of this doctor's work, but first impressions are everything - if having a decent waiting room, staff and scheduling procedures are not priority, then I don't trust your ability to perform surgery. End of story. I ended up getting a second opinion. The second doctor I visited gave me several options, which were more in line with the research I had done. I did not go with surgery and have been fine.

I could not walk but he wanted me to leave the following day.. NO PT or OT.. just leave .. I'm guessing that's because he was afraid of a law suit ...which I considered! Finally get to Methodist University where I'm found to have a broken leg .. imagine that... now I'll have to endure the 2nd surgery. Thank God for Campbell Clinic who stepped in and addressed my pain, anxiety and broken leg. I'd sue this doctor in a heartbeat!!!! STAY AWAY

Today was the best day I've had in a very long time! I came into Dr. Knowles' office after having a…read morepretty sub par and emotionally draining experience with another podiatrist. From the moment I was greeted by his office assistant/trainee Chanteé I was treated with so much care and intention, it was almost overwhelming. After completing paperwork and discussing my issues/reasons for the visit to Chanteé, I met Dr. Knowles who made sure he addressed every concern and question I had. He is extremely thorough and very much so concerned with educating his patients, not just taking their money! Dr. Knowles detailed the causes of my foot problems and explored multiple treatment options (instead of just offering the most costly option). He took his time to ensure that I understood all that he was doing and how the healing process would be gradual and what I could do to ensure that my issues do not persist. I felt completely comfortable, understood and valued as a patient and customer! Dr. Knowles and Chanteé were so wonderfully kind and compassionate, I felt as if I was being cared for by family! Oh, the best part of this experience is that I came in with severe foot pain in both feet and left out of the office on cloud nine with no pain and a huge smile on my face! Not only did he and Chanteé treat my injuries, they restored my hope and faith in caring and compassionate medical professionals who are interested and truly invested in restoring their patients to full health! Dr's Dockery and Campion are The first Dr's I have been to in the last 5 years of seeking help for…read moremy lower back and leg pain to tell me I'm Not crazy. My pain is real and they were going to find the answers. I just had my second surgery and am finally founding relief from all my leg pain. While I was in recovery, I experienced what was thought to be a side effect from anesthesia, Dr Campion came over to check it out and kept me longer to make sure it was subsiding. Some of the office staff leave something to be desired, but I find that at most clinics in Memphis. This does need to be addressed as they are the front line of the patient experience.
