This clinic and this Dr continue Campbell Clinics good reputation for special need patients and…read moregenerally the most notable in there fields. However, if the clinic or rather the practice has grown at such an alarming rate the support services do not match the level of the Doctors. I cant be sure if Campbell has a monopoly on this type of medicine or not but I will say they have outgrown the necessity for quality customer service in all facets of the support services. The waiting room is overcrowded, over scheduled, and quite frankly just uncomfortable. I compare to herding cattle without an attempt to be negative toward the business but someone or persons, managers that support this great clinic are missing some key basic criteria. Observe the lack of eye and eye contact the appearance of caring without giving a crap about the patient only the numbers. The communication to be sure each support person is aware of a persons condition cause or whats happened or whats pending. Its embarrassing to have been someone who recommended this clinic to now be slow in recommending them purely because the Dr's are overworked and spread to thin. But even in the midst of those Dr's are able to provide a more confident personal touch than support staff whom should focus on nothing but. There is water offered and a shared restroom thats unisex. There over fifty people maybe over 70 in the waiting area. When youre called back someone looks like they may not even be a health professional ask you how youre doing while staring at the floor. The community for whatever reason needs this clinic more than ever before or were just limited to quality doctors in general. I hope and pray that these outstanding Docs in there field will take time out to better assess, improve, and expand if necessary so there wonderful practice can continue to be the way it started. Solid in all facets of care from the front door to the clerk scheduling.

I had also previously had a terrible experience with another doctor, among other things, and I had just about given up on being treated decently. In walks Dr. Christian and he immediately made me feel comfortable! I told him how I was feeling, and he listened. Dr. Christian went over my prognosis thoroughly and explained that I would need surgery. I was still pretty pissed off about how the OTHER doctor (if you want to call him that) had treated me, so I was not in a good headspace at all that day, but Dr. Christian understood that and made me feel so much better. He told me to let that experience go, to trust him, and I did. I DID have the surgery with Dr. Christian, and I must say everything went GREAT! It was also a very emotional day for me because my surgery day fell on the birthday of my dog that recently died, but the surgical staff understood that too, and helped dry my tears before I went into the surgery room. I would like to say I could not have asked for a better experience even if I wanted to. My post- surgical care has also been great. YES, ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY IS PAINFUL, and I HATE going to physical therapy!!!! There is no way around that, but my pain is being managed. I would recommend ANYONE who is facing rotator cuff surgery to Dr. Christian and the entire staff! By the way, I am a worker's compensation case, so please do not feel like you will be treated any less than if that's the case because I wasn't, and that's the TRUTH!!!!!!! It has been 19 months and to this day I have trouble walking, swelling, climbing steps, falling, etc. Dr. Ferguson was my surgeon and I would not recommend him. I was experiencing problems post surgery, but his assistant would not let me schedule with him. The physical therapist told me it sometimes takes a year for the swelling to go down. That is because the surgeon is not lible after a year. I have seen 3 orthopedic surgeons and they just say my knee is not infected and in place. I am not able to work like this anymore and will probably have to go on disability.
