The boat was delivered to the shop in May. We called to check on it two months later, and he had not looked at the vessel. I asked at that point what I owed him, and Mark said $150.00 I wanted the boat fixed, so I gave him more time to fix it. I finally got a call in November that not only was the boat not fixed, but I owe him $500.00, and the engine is now in pieces. We all know that will make a mechanic who works on boats charge more. They flat out suck, spent $1400.00 and gave it back not running. Don't waste your money

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a marina or marine service in the ten years that I've lived in Savannah. These people are untrustworthy and the last thing on their mind is partially decent customer service. Don't ever for any reason bring your boats here, you won't be on the water for months and with no explanation. More things were broken on our boat when we got it back a month later after calling every day with no call back or explanation from the mechanic or the owner of the business. The owner then had the audacity to tell us that he has been contacting us every day telling us that he doesn't even have the machine necessary to fix the boat after he has already had it for a month. Absolutely disgusting way to run your business, and as a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself truly. If I could give this business zero stars I would. Don't walk away, run. Also after our boat has been at a new shop with a competent mechanic we have been informed that Ogeechee Marine actually was responsible for breaking the trim completely!!!! We are now going to have to replace it ourselves while the people responsible for even more damage won't even pick up the phone or acknowledge their wrongdoing.
