What was once a warm, welcoming spa with talented people and a personal atmosphere now feels like a sterile, impersonal clinic focused far more on memberships, upselling, and money than the experience that originally made people want to come here. For years, I routinely received services through the aesthetics department and had fantastic experiences. At one appointment, I mentioned weight loss and was told their NP, Mistie, offered weight-management services, so I decided to make an appointment. That experience completely changed my opinion of this business. I was encouraged to take testosterone and other HRT's despite my levels already being within the normal range, which immediately made me question the recommendations I was receiving and the credibility of the individual recommending it. I was also talked into a monthly membership because I was told it would "save me money." It absolutely did not. I still had to pay for individual visits, and even with the supposed membership discount, I was paying substantially more for peptides than I later paid elsewhere. The entire experience felt less like individualized care and more like being sold as many services and products as possible. Eventually, I cancelled the membership and went to Ogden Clinic instead. I paid a fraction of what I had been paying here and, ironically, started seeing better results within the first month. What is most disappointing is that this wasn't always a place I would have reviewed negatively. I was a longtime customer because I genuinely loved it. Unfortunately, the business I originally supported barely resembles what it has become. If you're considering their services, I strongly recommend comparing prices and getting another medical opinion before signing up for any membership or agreeing to additional treatments. BUT...these girls are amazing and its really not as bad as you would think. I started with a Brazilian and ended up adding in my arm pits. Price wise, its a little more but they automatically split it into monthly payments and you get a lifetime warranty. Hormones change...which can cause some hair to come back, its normal and I really appreciate that I can go back whenever and have touch ups done. The nurse that zaps you with the laser is great, she always makes me feel comfortable which is so appreciated as she is down in my lady bits. Its also very fast...both areas take like 15 total minutes. After the first session on my down below area had way less hair and the razor bumps were fading....shaving gives me gnarly bumps which is why I am doing this. after the last two sessions....some hair is completely gone....not al of it, it takes like 10 but so far so good. I have only had 1 session on my pits but holy cow! hair is barely even growing there after just 1 session....I usually have to shave my pits every other day. its crazy.
