Last minute I had to pick up a dog come collar for my girlfriend's dog, Buddha. While waiting in line, I decided to get Buddha a chewing treat to help distract him from his injury and the funny cone we'll be putting on his head. Rodney pointed out a better deal they had going on so I chose 2 beef chew treats but later when I got into the car, and before I left the parking lot, I decided to get one beef and one chicken treat instead because I'm still not quite sure what Buddha likes. Total charges is now $67. When booking, there is an alert that says "Prices may vary by store, breed, coat condition & service time. A surcharge applies to all grooming services Friday through Sunday." That surcharge is equal to the higher rate. So either, they have increased the window from Thursday to Sunday, or their system is not accurate. When I called into the store, they said that it's a "holiday weekend" as such the surcharge applies. Today is Thursday. April 2nd. My company has switched to a "full transparent" fee guide. Meaning every possible fee we can charge is 100% listed on all our sites. No where does it say on Petsmart site that there are "Holdiay" surcharges. In fact, the only mention of surcharges is on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Again, today is Thursday.

Literally one type of species was completely dead! There was easily 20 of them, gone. And next to that tank was a dead carcass of a fish, that looked to have been there for months. The place is caked in dust and smells so bad. If you make your way to the back of this h*ll hole. You will find reptiles kept in HORRENDOUS conditions. Lack of food and water! You can literally see the neglect caked into these dirty dishes. The geckos look sick and depressed. Any pictures you see from this place have been crafted to appear clean and beautiful. The store is literally in shambles. As an animal lover... my heart shattered at the inhumane conditions of this place. I came here for hopes of a local store for my pets needs... but when the only animal thriving is a cat... it makes sense. The cat can roam freely and are typically more acceptable to give attention too...Vs these poor reptiles and fish, kept in deplorable conditions. We went here to learn more about the different type of snakes as well as what we'd need to purchase a new snake owners. All the associates here were extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They answered all our questions and explained the commitment that goes into owning a snake and any other reptile they had in their shop. They have a large variation of snakes, lizards, iguanas, tarantulas, turtles, alligators (though not for sale) and a chinchilla. I highly recommend Xtreme Exotics!
