I appreciate both his experience and his concern for my comfort. A day before my appointment, the receptionist texts me a reminder, which is helpful to those of us who are forgetful! I generally only leave a review when I feel very strongly, and I'm either very unhappy or I'm very pleased. Dr. Post was strongly recommended to me, and I adamantly recommend him for anyone looking for a dentist or family dentist. As for Dr. Post, personally, I couldn't say it better than Hans D. did in his review. Super nice, down to earth, genuine guy. At the risk of being told that I'm odd, I enjoy going to this dentist!

Because we live downtown, I wanted to find a dentist that was close and convenient. Bingo! Yes the office is located in an old building...part of the charm! One of the many things I love about Milwaukee is that they have kept their architecture and old buildings. I think there is actually a historical society on the first floor. Anyway, while the building is quaint, the office is warm and up to date. Everyone from the front office, to the hygienist, to Dr. Zeeb are very nice and make you feel comfortable. I have to be honest I am that person who has dental anxiety, I do not know why but whenever I go to the dentist I sincerely get palpitations. Everyone in this office makes you feel very at ease. I had a full exam in which unfortunately resulted in the diagnosis that I need to have some cavities filled. However, Dr. Zeeb showed me the x-rays and explained everything thoroughly and showing me the pictures and my options. Betty was my hygienist and she is very gentle and works very quickly! Dawn at the front desk is really good about working with tricky schedules, getting insurance information and reminders. So glad I was able to find a dentist for the whole family in a location convenient to our home. There is a parking garage right next door and Dr. Zeeb's office does validate your parking...yay!

He's gentle, calm, and great takes care of me. Sadly, I've had more than my share of dental dramas and traumas. He's rearranged his schedule on numerous occasions to see me, including today. I'm headed out of town tomorrow and I had already made an appointment for a painful tooth a couple of weeks from now. When it got worse today, I literally jumped off a bus on Water & Wisconsin on my way to work, called the office from the corner, and was in a dentist chair 5 minutes later. He took his time to analyze my problem and come up with the best plan for care given the fact that I have an early flight tomorrow. He's a first rate dentist and a kind human. And, his new location is awesome with an amazing view of the city!

They quickly realized that I was nervous about the visit and went about making me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. From start to finish, the teeth cleaning process was gentle and Dr. O'Neil went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I highly recommend her services. In fact, while I did not have any new cavities, Dr. Ann will be fixing up an old filling for me in a couple of weeks...and I'm not even nervous about it.
