They are located right in the heart of the Santa Cruz Shopping District on Pacific Avenue. So, they are easy to find. And, of course, there is tons of parking surrounding this area, so that should never be a problem. Once you walk into the store you will find tons and tons of all kinds of stuff. Items like their jewelry and small things like that are keep in glass cases, so they are easy to look at and study. And, of course, they will take them out for you if you want to analyze them closer. Plus, they have all kind of others things. A never-ending, always changing variety of all kinds of antique items. One of the fun things that I saw at this shop on my last visit was they had a great collection of Asia orientated magazines from the 1950s in excellent condition. You never known what you will find! The prices here are very reasonable. This is one of those shops that you can go into and buy that very unique gift or purchase that something that you never knew you needed.

Feel like there was a LOT of jewelry, a fair amount of paper related things- like song scores and old postcards, and then filled in with all the randomness you expect from an antique or thrift shop. Glad I got to pop in.

What felt uncomfortable is that there were several other customers walking around with items from the main store, yet I was the only one singled out. When I brought my items up to the register, a different employee initially rang them up, then paused after the same women from before whispered something to her. She then told me they were adding a few dollars to several items because they were "priced too low."!! I was in shock. These items were already on the sales floor at the marked prices, and I did not see this happen to any other customers. The entire interaction felt unfair and targeted, and I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but being singled out and then charged more than the posted prices shook my trust. I've always enjoyed this store, but this experience made me feel unwelcome, and unfortunately I'm not sure I'll be able to shop here again.

I've dropped off donations at this location countless times over the years, and this was the first time I had someone walk up to my car and offer to help me unload my donations and kindly point me to the correct bins for where to place things (electronics, household goods, clothes, bags, shoes, etc). He also asked if I wanted my bags back and if I needed a donation receipt. The last time I donated items here, there was a guy working who practically screamed at me "No hangers!" to which I responded, "Sorry, I didn't know." - I put the bag of hangers back in my car but he definitely didn't need to yell angrily. So this visit was 100 times better, thanks to Deshawn. Goodwill, I hope you acknowledge the great and kind employee he is! Friendly tip: I had fragile wine glasses, pint glasses, and ceramic mugs to donate and I wrapped each item in packaging paper and bubble wrap and placed them in an open box. I was told this was a great way to donate fragile items so they don't break. The back parking lot where the donation drop off is located can get tricky to drive in/out of if there are more than few cars back there. It's basically a small loop with about 6 spots in the center. And when people are walking back and forth from their cars and the donation bins and cars are trying to exit or pull in, it can get dicey so a little patience will help!

I myself would go in like every other day if not every day during the week just to see what you got. I always find cute clothes. I always have a cart full of stuff to try. I went recently and there is no more dressing rooms?? I had a sweater and jeans on and I had to put all of the clothes in my cart back. Me personally, I cant buy stuff without fully trying it on first to see if it fits right. What a bummer. I have to find another spot to thrift at now
