    Meet Alex N.. with his permission I got to post his jpeg here.. I for the 5th time have had to take…read moremy LT to G Squad for issues that never get resolved and is returned with issues it didn't have prior to it's visit!,, I had management assist and others and likewise have had.......... lets just say enough bulldorish conclusions to why my LT is is hanging up and not receiving my commands for the specifications of this machine there should not be any hesitations at all! and in comparison to my others with less capacity and much older with software and HARDware not minutely related in ram, rom,, processing speed and or command no matter the operator!! I don't read up or study computers, electronics or do I qualify as a "Geek" but I do expect to have the capacity to max out any specifications should the time arise!.. I ask questions and I take my cpu where it is designed to go. If it's not performing accordingly I expect to have this resolved per manufacturers /product guarantee or if I it reads so it should do so.. No one at BB G Squad had yet even agreed with me that something was wrong with my component blaming it all on "Operator" problems to viruses, and other conclusions leaving me simply frustrated and then I can't really argue what I really do not know??? Finally!! This young man that is Neat, clean, polite, smiles and is listening to me so attentively goes thru a series of troubleshooting and readings from the task manager and we both come to this conclusion that YES! there is a problem here... It's lengthy and technical.. BUT he seen what I do..!! and I am happy that we are going forward with recommended processing for repairs. Thank you Alex N from Racine, WI BB Geek Squad for being the awesome customer service rep that you are.. and the awesomesauce guy too..!! .
