am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with UPS regarding my lost…read moredelivery and the complete lack of care shown by customer service. My package never arrived, and when I contacted UPS, I expected at least a level of concern, accountability, and effort to resolve the issue. Instead, what I encountered was dismissiveness and indifference. I was walked through the steps providing reassurance that my lost items would be located or compensated for, I was made to feel as though my situation did matter. Later to find out that it did not. Someone falsely filled out paperwork for me to receive a refund for much less than what I paid to have my now lost item mailed. Losing a package is already frustrating, but what makes this experience worse is the way it was handled. As a customer, I rely on UPS to not only deliver items safely but also to take responsibility when something goes wrong. In my case, there was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and lastly no return phone call to explain why he chose to rip me off.

I recently dropped off a package at Postal Plus and learned something I wish I'd known earlier:…read morealways ask for a receipt. The team was friendly and took my package, but they didn't automatically provide proof of drop-off. Unfortunately, the shipment never showed up in the USPS system, and I ended up losing the cost of the product. The owner was responsive when I reached out, which I appreciated, but there wasn't any help for the financial loss. Overall, the shop seems helpful, but their process doesn't include giving receipts unless you ask--so make sure you do. Sharing this so others don't run into the same issue. A quick receipt can save a lot of stress later!

Over the last several months I've had two printer problems that Chris and Keith have solved for me…read more I have a brother laser printer. The cartridges are like $75 dollars - OUCH! We've been purchasing NXT Premiums from them and in the beginning they worked great. Then, all of a sudden, they stopped fitting in the cartridge slot - or so I thought. Being the great guys that they are, they worked with me to figure this out - so much so that Keith came to my home to help show me the way. Once he did, everything was back to working as it should. The second problem came when all of the sudden, the brand new Magenta cartridge I purchased kept saying it was empty after just being unpackaged and installed. Chris suggested that I needed to reset the cartridge counter. Not knowing how to do this I ended up chatting online with someone from Brother. Ultimately they told me that my laser printer didn't have that capability and thus was required to use their $75 cartridges. I called Cartridge World back and asked them to order the magenta Brother cartridge. I also asked if they would take back the one that I just installed. They graciously agreed. The next morning Chris called asking if Keith could come back to my house to reset the cartridge counter. Because they had already been so helpful with the other issue I was more than happy to welcome them back into my home. Keith arrived at the time agreed and walked me through the process of resetting the cartridge counter. Obviously, Brother had lied to me about my laser printer not having that capability! Chris and Keith have gone over and above in their service to my family and I. Cartridge World is my cartridge supplier! I can't thank them enough for being so helpful. Their time and attention will definitely save me money in the future!

You can check their dumpster out back if you'd like. It's a crime called "greenwashing" to pretend that you're an eco-friendly company when you're really just throwing everything in the trash. What's more, none of the contact information listed on this Yelp page is correct: even the suite number is for the UPS store next door. The owner was made aware of this but didn't seem keen on changing it. He's been aware of the incorrect information for over a month as of the time of this writing. I personally doubt that they will fix these errors.

They had lots of workers there, stocking lots of boxes of Christmas and they had a ton out already. It was fairly busy on Saturday afternoon. I got the flowers, and some Thanksgiving dessert plates.
