So when i suggested to the girl designing my invitations that I thought a stamp would fit the bill, she hunted these guys down. Every inch of the way they, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They answered every question I had with such pleasure that its obvious they hadn't been jaded by customer service (yet). ;-) When I got my stamps in the mail, I sent pictures to all the moms and bridesmaids. They were beautifully mounted on a wooden rocking stamp. The invitation stamp will certainly remain in our family for a long time, they added a few extra touches that make it so special! I will most defiantly recommend them to a friend in the future. I will also be showing off my stamps on Pinterest... Maybe other brides will see how awesome the stamped invitation/rsvp/save-the-date can be! (Not to mention convenient when I realize I forgot to add someone to the list!)

I ALMOST got burned by a different printer who would NOT meet me face to face (I needed help designing a card). "Ever since COVID I work at home." EVERYTHING was to be done online... after he dissed me and then wanted to charge me for "his time" on designing (NEVER got one!) I prayed I could find someone else. Enter GC printing (formerly Ink Well)! I called Dave (after he got back from a 1 week "closed for vacation") He told me to come in and he'd gladly go over my ideas, and offer some of his own. My 2-sided business card with a photo was nothing short of a challenge! Dave sent me a mock-up via Email, I accepted and within a week they were DONE! The price he quoted me (including the assist with design) was 1/4 of what the other guy was going to charge! When I asked him how much I owed him for the design work he said, "You don't owe me anything for that. It's part of the deal!" I've DEFINITELY found the printer I'm sticking with! I started out with 250 cards but will soon be ordering 500 or even 1000 more!

Prices are almost always half or at least lower than big chains like Staples etc. They never charge you to do a "test print" before running your order. Quick turn-around on jobs, and hardly ever any wait if you have to run in for something last minute. They also do custom paper cuts for free (or very cheap if its a large order). Another really great thing is that they actually have (and know how to use) design software, they have Illustrator and Photoshop. So you don't have to convert files to PDF/JPG/etc. For special jobs they do outsource things like biz cards, booklets, and signs, but the quality is just as good. They are my go-to place now!

I agreed and he said he'd write up the invoice and call me back to get payment and arrange delivery. He called back and said it going to be $625. I said we'd agreed on $500 and he said he didn't have a calculator when he quoted me. I asked him to honor his quote and he told me no, it was his mistake but it would be $625. Spoke with Les's boss this morning, which also happens to be his wife and she said that she would not honor the $500 price, Les wasn't authorized to offer that, then tried to say I must of heard wrong, and ended with saying she didn't want my business. Don't worry I'll never shop there again!
