They have a newish manager onsite who is terrible. She lacks customer service skills, talks down to customers and hides in her office whenever possible. I recently brought 100 letters in to be folded. The copy center staff told me it was a 10 day turn around time for a job that should take 15 minutes. When I asked why I was told it was a new store policy. I questioned the manger on this and she screamed at me that I need to better manage expectations and who did I think I was to question her and expect them to drop everything for me. I asked for the corporate office number and gave me the customer service number to place an order. My company had spent over $1,000.00 at this store monthly. When I told her we'd be moving our business she laughed and said she didn't need the sales. I will never spend another penny at this location. read more

They charged for a purchase I didn't buy when I called to have them it told me 4 phone calls. I was hung up on and 5 hours. They said they credited it but they never did. Very poor customer service! read more
