And it isn't just for start ups - which is great for me, who works for a large company, remotely. There's different types of work stations to use. Small cubicle like tables by the windows, long communal tables, booth like tables. All depending on what vibe you are looking for to get stuff done. Up and downstairs has a cool layout of offices. The internet is strong. The coffee bar/snack bar costs which is a little different from the Spaces offices I work out of in Bangkok. 4-stars because with the expensive membership, coffee should at least be free. The staff is friendly and helped me print some documents too. Great place.

I had a conference room reserved for a couple of days last week and some of my staff flew into town to meet. This location is great proximity to the ballpark and has a beautiful set up inside. It's bright and spacious with conference rooms, quiet areas and a kitchen/coffee area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did run into a few snags while we were there, we had food delivered several times and every time the delivery person struggled with finding the entrance. It's not well marked and you can walk around the building looking for the right door. I did that upon my first arrival. The coffee machine charges for coffee but was not working properly while we were there, so we had to order Starbucks in. Parking is not included and there is a pay lot next to the building, I would think there would be some sort of validation arrangement but no luck. I would come back because of the great location but would need to plan ahead with some of the other issues.

This huge, former industrial building was redeveloped as a co-working space called, "Industry."…read moreUnfortunately this was not a financial success and the original developers lost the property. It is now being marketed as rental offices under the name, "Fabrica." The space is very contemporary and beautifully designed with many eclectic office spaces of various sizes, interspersed with spaces for meetings, relaxation, and quiet work. Amenities include a yoga studio, outdoor patios, a 40 person training room, a cafe, a pub, lounge, 24/7 security, conference facilities, and on-site management with scheduled networking events. One of my favorite art galleries moved their offices here and has provided art pieces to hang throughout the complex. They recently invited me to an open house which allowed me to explore the entire building while looking at their art. This is a huge building and it has been very cleverly repurposed with both striking architecture and functional design. It is certainly worth serious consideration as an office location.

INDUSTRY is a self-described "modern creative workspace" that houses start-ups and companies…read more The space itself is super inviting-- very modern with cool lighting fixtures, bright colors, shared kitchens, a pet-friendly environment, exposed brick and multi-level open-concept floors. Most of the offices have giant windows, cute signage and are decorated with unique personalities. If I was in need of a co-working space, I wouldn't hesitate to look at INDUSTRY. It felt really great in there. It makes me want to invent something and move in. But this review is actually in regards to it as an event space. I attended the Dear Jack Foundation 11/10 VIP Preview night here and was pretty smitten with what a cool space it was. In case you're unaware, Dear Jack is Andrew McMahon's foundation for AYA cancer research and support. The VIP preview night is essentially an acoustic concert and private gathering the night before the benefit. I was a little hesitant about the show being in an open-concept co-working space, but the acoustics were surprisingly good for music. The program had a nice feel to it and it didn't feel too cramped. There was also plenty of parking outside and the valet situation wasn't a hot mess, which is always appreciated. Cool place all around!
