Employees were Rude and not helpful. Went to do a fax in the machines. Paper got stuck employee dismissed and didn't communicate

I appreciate the service of Stephanie working at 10th Street, Mc Allen, Texas. I am a senior and do not know much about using the internet and phone features. She is really helpful and many times I approach her, she can troubleshoot almost anything without any delay. She was also helpful to one lady who left her credit card in the store and she kept it in a safe place and gave it back to her. She is really a keeper. unfortunately it's not a ZERO to give to this store for such a bad cost service. 1st)No one answers the phone. 2nd) I came to the store and I was wai in line for 20 minutes and no one look at me to and say sorry and that they will be helping us( people on the line). (Mrs Melissa) rolls her eyes and don't say a word. Another one in her cell. I walked all the way to another one and ask for help, she pages her supervisor and he said that he will come soon to help and shows up after 9 minutes with a @%€ face . Bad costumer service and ugly attitude. I will never ever come back and will not recommend this store. It took us 42 minutes to print to color sheets of paper. Ridiculous. read more

Customer service was sad! They want to charge $7.00 for one box 18x12x12...I guess it can pack itself !!!!!

Various times we have had difficulty in printing our stickers aligned and centered. We went various times to this location to find the solution to the problem but the one employee from the Printing Department who truly demonstrated the spirit of helping customers and who helped in finally solving the situation was Agustin. He knows what he is doing and is very polite and informative. Thank you for your help Agustin! read more

Pathetic, no body in the store wants to help you, they have walkie talkies and attitude.....Went in for pen refill, the first person I asked for assistance, pawned me off on a stock clerk who couldn't find my refill even though I printed out the stock number and it showed that they had 36 on hand! Then she radio's the manager to come over who opened a drawer full of refills and said "its probably in that mess". I asked the clerk, "you don't expect to have the customer rummage through that mess, do you" she shrugged her shoulders and apologized. The so called manager, left the scene and there were no other customers in the store....FAIL! They need new management and QUICKLY! Just for grins I want to take my video camera in the store next time and see if the disgusting drawer full of refills has even been sorted, priced or put on shelf where customer can see product. Nobody is going to buy something stuffed in the drawer, I expect the management to be replaced by Jan 5th/2018!! Imagine having 36 in stock, cant find the items and then suggest AMAZON. Remind me to sell my Office Depot stock! Complete Lazy FAIL!!!! read more
