They have what you want. No big secret. Cashier was nice. Guy in the aisle was helpful.

Staples is an.. experience. It's a good option if you want convenient and cheaper print materials…read more They can do a bunch of different stuff. However, you pay for quality, so because it's cheaper it can be noticeably lower quality than going through a professional print or graphic company. I've come here for a couple print projects and the workers are usually always nice and helpful. But they aren't as detailed oriented as they should be- I asked the girl to print 2 sets of 9 postcards double-sided. She printed me 9 thinking each side counted as one- like how do you not know that when you working in printing? Then later on I realize one of the cards wasn't even there so I had to make another trip just to get that one- should've double checked right when I got them so let this be your confirmation to do the same. As far as office supplies go, they certainly do have a wide set of options. Albeit, some of it isn't priced super reasonably. I am not going to pay $50 for a calendar journal when I can get it at least half that price most other places. I'll also say at this specific location the other workers can be really uncomfortable. I mainly go there for print things so I don't interact too much with them, but have overheard and walked through conversations they have with other customers and they can just be really rude and unapproachable. They don't want to be there and make it known. You can also do Amazon returns here and international shipping, which I did not know but is very helpful.

So, when is the price, not the price?? Answer??? When you are at Staples. I needed to purchase…read morean ink cartridge for an Epson printer. To make sure it was in stock, I looked at the Staples website. And, it's there...with a price of 36.99. However, in the store, it's tagged at 44.99. CLerk tells me that if I can show him the web site, he'll adjust it, however, can't get the site to come up on my phone, and there was a line in back of me. I thought this was illegal...and at the very least unethical...technically, the internet is advertising...nothing on the web page for the items at Staples tell you that the price is online only. So, if the website (an advertising billboard) says the price is 'X' then the company should be selling it for 'X' NOT 'X+Profit'. I called and chatted online with the company (two different people), and they did nothing.

I have been working with Boring Business Systems now going on two months now and have found Boring's culture among the best in the business. It is a positive place to work, and everyone goes to great lengths to include you in all their events. The president of the company has an open-door policy, the service manager is always ready to get you the help you need, and the sales staff are right there to assist in all facilitations to help with the customer's needs. The contracts and logistics departments work tirelessly with the technicians to once again take care of the client and customer. From a technician standpoint, Boring goes out of its way to facilitate all the needs of its clients and customers, as well as its technicians. In a working environment, I have experienced a most positive and enjoyable place to work. I recommend Boring as a place to work and do business with.

The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. He took the smaller box in the front of the store and he told me to take the larger and heavier box to the back of the store. The boxes were huge. He was curious on what was in the boxes. I told him that it's our grandson toy Jeep that never work, he replied with a big smile and told me to take it to the Jeep dealer and get it fixed. The gentleman had a wonderful sense of humor and scanned the labels and gave us the shipping receipt. This store is the only Authorized Fed Ex store in town.

I travel full-time and fully rely on the competency of the mailbox stores in which I maintain a mailbox. I have never met the new owner Wendy or anyone in her family, including her 16 year old son. I understand that it can take a period of time to learn a new business, however, lying and withholding mail/packages, aside from being a Felony offense, especially when the mail includes medication is inexcusable. And then being self righteous and indignant when I, the paying customer, complain after having paid a great deal of money, and waiting 3 days for the Next Day delivery, only to find the medicine and mail were missing. After verifying with the pharmacy that Wendy herself had signed for the package 3 weeks prior, Wendy finally admitted to having the package. Excuses and blaming took place from Wendy, but no apologies or sentimentality. Many phone calls and text messages were sent over the course of several hours trying to get this new owner to comprehend the importance of getting me my medication. At one point the 16 year old, smart- mouthed son answered the phone and attempted to lay blame with me, the paying customer, who was 3,000, miles away. In the end, Wendy did finally send my medicine, however, she sent it 300 miles away from my location. After numerous threats and ugliness, I did finally get a refund for my troubles, but my medicine is now sitting 300 miles away and I was forced to contact my doctor and have a new prescription written and mailed to me, forcing me to spend another 8 days in a less than desirable location. Unfortunately this is not the first mistake with my mail this new owner has made. She made a mistake with the previous package as well, which I did not even tell her about. So I am of the opinion that this new owner is simply not capable of the responsibility required for this type of business. A word to the wise, if you must rely on a mail box store to send you your mail, do not rely on this one.
