Called him twice with no call back. Called the Geek Squad. at Best Buy in Destin and explained the issue. We were told if we wanted additional service we would have to pay again. Requested to speak to a manager. Was told he would call the following day. Did not receive a call back. It is obvious that the Geek Squad and Best Buy to not stand behind their service. The total time between the install and lack of response was two weeks. Cannot recommend any service involving the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Destin, FL

They will call you two hours before they are supposed to arrive and cancel and when they reschedule they will not show up. The delivery team will come and drop off equipment when you believe that the installation crew is finally coming to install the equipment.  Yes, this has been my experience with Best Buy in Destin. I just don't believe this is how you treat a long term customer that has paid to be part of their special club. Well any customer for that matter.  I told the delivery guys to take the product back where they got it and I will cancel my membership and get a refund on the equipment I purchased from them. The degree of communication and the apathy for the customer leads me to find a different company to supply my electronics and appliance needs. Seriously, think twice before using this company. They just may leave you high, dry & frustrated just like me!!

So I'm familiar with the level of service they are supposed to provide. It was my first time at this store in Destin. I'm simply dropping off a small amazon package with a pre-paid label I printed at my house. All taped up. Ready to go. I noticed it needed a little extra tape on the paper label itself. I asked If the lady could cover the label with a little tape. We're talking 2 inches. She lectures me & says I could buy some! Umm I understand the nature of upselling the customer. But I'm bringing in a package already pre-taped, pre-boxed, with label. Good to go. Isn't the ups store all about, just bring it in and we'll box and tape it for you? This is the only franchise location that would charge a customer for 2 inches of tape.

I had shopped in Destin and have my receipts for what was shipped plus their $54 shipping fee for a total of $421 worth of Christmas goods. Couldn't fit the 20 lbs in my luggage. Would have been cheaper to buy another piece of luggage and check the bag!! I don't typically insure because never had any issues. Lesson learned. Customers be ware of this store! Packages disappear, you can't view video and they won't reimburse your total purchases. $100 and of course the shipping fee since package wasn't shipped! Just want other customers to be aware.
