Even though we had clearly explained to her what we were there for, she kept constantly asking us. Her voice was loud and in a way sounded upset that we were there.... What a way to treat a customer, right? we are so sorry that we even stopped in; we'll never go back and will share our bad experience with anyone who asks. Shirley should be "trained" to treat customers with respect, a smile and a gentle attitude even when they are not buying anything. The store owners might get more buyers that way.

Manufacturer warranty per Badcock's policy covers the repair. Called the store and was given an appointed time for repair person to come to our home and fix it. Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed. I'll be waiting a resolution.....
