I had such a wonderful experience at this Office Depot today. Maggie, in the printing/copy department, did a fantastic job of multitasking so many orders at once. She was patient with each person who came in, was understanding of the individual needs, and kept everything straight. She really went above and beyond for me with what I needed, worked with me to get the best price and outcome, and was even understanding that I had my kids in tow. She made a really difficult job a fantastic experience! The other employees who were working at the time, were also patient with my older kids and helped direct them to things they wanted to look at while I was busy. read more

You definitely do not want to buy supplies at Office Depot. I worked at the corporate headquarters for years and watched them steal from schools. Millions and millions of dollars in the pockets of Office Depot at the expense of public schools. Just horrible. I tried to stop it, but ended up being drugged, beaten, and hit to the back of the head with a hammer once I reported the theft to the CEO Steve Odland. What a coincidence that I would happen to discover millions of dollars being stolen and then suddenly I'm on disability. You're try and try to do the right thing and yet they continue to charge or over charge schools. Most teachers have to buy from their own pockets because Office Depot would never ship them the materials they needed. I bought a Lenovo all in one computer for $650. Right out of the box the keyboard did not work. Called Office Depot and they told me that there was nothing they could do. That I would have to contact Lenovo directly. That is lousy customer service. They were NO help at all. Called Lenovo direct I couldn't understand a single word the guy was saying. I was disconnected or hung up three times and I just gave up. I had no option but went and bought and paid for a new keyboard out of my own pocket. This place is horrible. Ordered a banner, called the day before and asked if I ordered a banner will it be ready by tomorrow, they said yes. Next day comes and I never get a confirmation that it's ready so I go there and ask. They say no it's not made and I think we're out of the material to do it. I said well why didn't anybody call me? Then they call over another worker and she finds the materials they needed and starts to make it. read more

On 12/11/2022, I took my laptop to Office Depot to get help; my laptop took on a nasty virus. Joven, who was called to the Tech area greeted me with big smile then actually listened as I explained what was happening on my laptop. Needing aTech Support service, I purchased Office Depot's for only $129 for a year which included McAfee's anti virus protection service (which is $100 per yr.) Joven was unbelievable he also did a back up for me and by the next day, he had my laptop up and running, He even had my desk chair ready that he had to assemble. The service was at Office Depot from start to finish was great! A special thank you to Joven. read more

Let start we this crappie Office Depot had to fax some paper or W-2 forms to person never gave back my forms call the store and of course they r protecting the girl who works there in Stuart they suck and they know it. The slowest print center known to man. Ordered prints in the morning and said they would be ready by 6. Never got a conformation text saying it was ready so I had to go in person since they wouldn't answer the phone to tell them to print it. Annoying that I had already paid so I couldn't just go to the self serving printers to do it myself. Would have been way quicker. read more

I went to this location to have copies made of photos. I needed 164 prints, some just one copy, some with 2, some with 3. It was a complex and lengthy job. Paula Miller helped me, and she was fantastic! She was friendly and professional. She did the job exactly right. No mistakes! I was amazed. I expected it go be complicated. Anytime I need copies I will come here. It was also very inexpensive for such a big job. read more

Aside from the manager, most employees look like they are just out of high school. However, Office Depot hired bright young people. Not only did they aim to please, they were pleasant. I tried to order a shredder from Office Depot and supposedly it would've only taken one day to get to my house. However the courier that they chose to deliver the package is terrible! It's been almost 2 weeks now and I still do not have my item. I have called probably 12 to 15 times in the last almost 2 weeks and they still have no solution for me. All they can do is keep saying sorry about your troubles and then act like they're going to reach back out to the Courier and ask them to come back out to my house to deliver the item. I have had to have the item canceled and re-ordered three times the person has supposedly been out here four times to deliver it but says they can't find my house. I still do not have my item!! Office Max shame on you for using such cheap courier service! Further, your "escalation process" is terrible because the escalation person gave a horrible and useless response. She told me my package was due to be delivered Monday, April 20 as you notice it's 23 April. She said she provided delivery instructions to the courier service but couldn't guarantee that they would follow the directions. And basically said have a nice day and let me know if you need anything else ordered from us! Really??? That's your solution? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Just a TERRIBLE experience! read more

I was DISGUSTED by their recent customer service. I was about to buy postcards from them to get an image printed. The ladies at the copy center said they could do it. As soon as the post cards were open they said they were too small to be printed. I said, "are you sure? I have done this before" The girl at the counter was very rude and annoyed by the question. She didnt even attempt to try the copy. I said, "you cannot expect me to pay for this product when the reason I was going to buy it was because YOU TOLD me you could copy." Thankfully I wasnt forced to buy the product. Not only was th customer service bad, but they lost money. I was going to buy the cards and the printing services and their employee didnt even try. She seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. I have had many copies made on cards and postcards. I was NOT impressed. read more
