Will is wonderful! He is in the printing service area. I took in an excel file for a specialized baseball scorebook for an upcoming trip. He printed it out, had me verify it, and finished the project right there. I thought I would have to leave it and come back when it was finished. Nope- finished and out the door in record time. Recently I stopped shopping at this store because their delivery drivers don't deliver your stuff. weeks later, still no delivery. but says it's on the truck, it's happened several times. Had to do a chargeback on my credit card. I don't know if the drivers steal it, lose it, who knows? So now I shop at Amazon, I found most of the office supplies my company needs at almost half the price and it arrives on time, every time. So I needed a new printer, gave the store one last chance on a $750 printer. went to pick it up hours later and there's some kind of issue with the card billing address and they won't hand over the printer. can't imagine what the problem is, same card and billing address we've had for several years. Next thing I know an email pops up and they've cancelled the order on me!! What!! Someone there must have a boatload of Amazon stock, because Office Depot seem to be doing everything they can to send their customers there. It's working...I just got it from Amazon instead. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had! I use Office Depot for work projects. And this time this location told me they could not have my project done the way I needed. Ironically this exact location had done it atleast 3 times prior for me. But instead the person at the printing service told me I was wrong and they cannot do that and I had not had it done. I'll be driving to Knoxville now to have a pleasant experience. Office Depot needs to have better customer service if they want repeat customers, especially with multiple options for the same services. read more

Nice experience, no line, nice employee that was at the check out. I only got notebooks and pens and pencils, so my experience may be skewed. One thing that wasn't favorable was I couldn't find a planner, whether they have one I don't know. Also the prices are very expensive for pencils and notebooks. read more

Since the Staples that was across the street closed, i am forced to drive to the Knoxville store which is a 40 minute round trip, or come here to the Alcoa Office Depot. I have NEVER even once had anyone here come and ask if i needed help. Generally 2 workers are tied up chatting with one other person and see you standing there and offer no help. I have walked out several times so frustrated that i went home and ordered what i needed/wanted from Amazon. I wish Office Depot closed and Staples was still here. This is the worst and slowest computer I ever bought. The salesperson was nice and all, and offered to make the computer faster and delete any unnecessary programs and adware in it. This is a brand new computer. so I told him OK. But its the slowest computer ever. I have added no programs, not even word. It was explained to me, once I own it, I have to pay for them to look at it to see whats wrong. I'm not sure if anything is wrong or the computer itself is just slow but, Its slower than any laptop ive have in 14 years. read more

Slow as a snail! I stood there watching and waiting for someone to help me. All I needed was a pickup. Three employees doing something and none of them acknowledged I was there. Ideally they should be doing the best that they can since the trend for office supply store is to close. Hopefully they'll do better the next time. read more

I don't recommend this Office Depot for copy and print services. The staff were very unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and extremely slow both in fulfilling the order (it was days from the time I uploaded my files online to the time they were ready) and in preparing the order while I was in store. I will go to the location on Kingston from now on, even though it is further from my house. read more

Regarding the Alcoa Office Depot: don't waste your money on color (self-) copiers in this store. The copies are atrocious: fuzzy, and colors are all off. I've complained at the copy desk, but the machines still have not been adjusted. I will never go back. Too bad; Office Depot is missing out on a huge niche, as there is no other place in town where you can self-print color copies from USB. read more
