Let's be clear- This is one of those longed for vintage, sordid, seedy-like straightforward places like in the old days. There are not many of these vintage places left that haven't been replaced with the new, expensive and unimaginative crap. So i love places like the Office Bar. The Bar is a place where you can be yourself, not worrying about fancy schmancy. You get stiff drinks and good wings (Bartenders get food through a window of a neighboring business). You can also buy liquor bottles there too. People complain about the service, but the service I got was adequate enough to get the job done. Drink refills and food. The bill amount wasn't itemized, just given to be verbally by the bartender, BUT while some of you will scream shady I will say i got a lot of bang for the buck. Cool vibe and my kind of dive, but definitely not a great first impression from the evening bartender. I was excited to check it out and play a little bit. It gets 3 stars because of the solid beer selection and cool environment. I went in about 330 knowing it would be shift change at 4. The day shift bartender was cool and offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. Then 4pm rolls around and the swing shift bartender (11/16) didn't even acknowledge me or ask if I'd like another drink, besides asking how much I put into the broken machine I tried playing. She seemed like she really hated it there and didn't want to serve me because I wasn't a regular, but I am a local. I ended up cashing out $10 after gambling $100 and the bartender gave me a $10 bill. I kindly asked for 2 $5s (one for day shift and one for the swing), and she rolled her eyes and huffed about it as if it was an inconvenience. I was going to leave her $5 but she didn't even ask me if I'd like another PBR. I ended up giving all $10 to the day shift bartender because he was having a post work shifty and the only one who offered me a drink for the almost hour I was there. Idk, I get the woman might have been having a rough day but you never know who's at your bar so, as someone who's bartended a long time in this town, you should treat customers better so you can get them back. I'll give it another shot, but a bartender will make or break building clientele. Considering I'm down in the area a lot, I really wish my first experience here would have been better and don't think I'll be going back on Sunday swing shift for that reason. read more

We were on a hockey trip to see the Bruins and we are a BOSTON group so we never know how we will be received. Although everyone says it is a LOCALS bar, the staff, and the locals made us feel welcome. We went twice and had a great time. The drinks are well made, there are a lot of choices for beer as well. Our barman Matt was awesome and entertaining. It is a dive bar so don't expect a lot of ambiance. It is clean and large so you are crowded. There are pool tables so that was awesome. Let me tell you the best part. They have excellent pub food. The Pizza is a sheet type versus a pie. It is made there and the crust sauce and pepperoni were amazing. One sheet can easily feed 6 guys. We also had chicken wings (SPICY) and fries with cheese. Best of all, the cost is crazy low. We ate and drank (7 of us) and it was about $150. It is a great bar! read more

We stumbled upon this Buffalo Bills bar and it was such a happy accident. We ordered food from Naked City Pizza which is connected to the bar. Do not miss out on the pizza eggrolls. Cheese and pepperoni all wrapped up in an eggroll with blue cheese dipping sauce. Wings are the best I have found in this city. Crispy and flavorful. Pizza has a foccacia kind of crust and was extremely cheesy. It was tasty but not exactly like back where my husband is from in upstate New York. Matt was the bartender and he provided great service and suggestions. There are a number of different beers on tap and they even had a couple of beers from my favorite brewery Bells. "Hey bae, I'm gonna be at the office late." Office Bar seems to be a pretty old business, but I can't imagine that they've been a craft beer hub since 2006 or whenever they were founded. Their near-airport location and their impressive shelves of liquors suggest to me that they usually cater to a not-so-crafty demographic of drinkers, but they entered my radar when ambassador / lifestyle / guru / brand Beer Zombies started advertising that they have a pop-up bottle shop here. I didn't end up grabbing any of the cans/bottles on my first visit, but there is an impressive array from breweries coast to coast. The current representation includes Almanac, Firestone Walker, Modern Times, Local Craft Beer, Lead Dog, Grimm Artisanal, Decadent Ales, and Stillwater Artisanal. Some can be found at other bottle shops, but I've seen advertised offerings that, locally, are exclusive to the BZ pop-up venture. The draft beer selection is currently 14 strong, and a majority are craft or craft-adjacent. I saw tempting, reasonably priced selections from Lagunitas, Revision, Evil Twin, Modern Times, and multiple local breweries. The one which I actually ordered was the Peanut Butter Chocolate Stout from Lead Dog Brewing ($6 for 16 oz) of Northern Nevada. They've only recently entered the Vegas market, but this beer is perhaps my favorite peanut butter stout yet. It doesn't taste like Reese's candy, but both flavors in the name are well-represented. I'll certainly come back to the Office after hours if they're indeed 24/7. I'm always on the lookout for something new to try and they seem to offer that both on tap and for retail sale. read more

The Office Bar is more for the locals. With dim lighting and a drinking crowd, the Office can be fun or frustrating, depending on the day of the week and time. You enter on the side of the building through a parking lot off Naples Dr. After entering, the bar will be on the left, pool tables on the right, and some high top seating in the center. The bar itself is a laminate top with a wooden rail. Of course, it contains the requisite gambling machines that take space where I want to sit my beer. There are around 12 heavily padded bar stools with curved back support lining the bar. The back bar contains bottle shelves, HDTVs, the beer menu, and a great older Budweiser Clydesdale sign. The lighting in the evening is very dark. The Office Bar has a great beer menu and strong drinks. You can even purchase a bottle when you go. You can order a pizza from next door, but I cannot comment on the taste since I didn't. The service was okay when I visited, but nothing I'd rave about, somewhat cold. As mentioned earlier, the vibe can change depending on the day & time. The Office isn't bad is you want to get away from the casinos. They have a great beer menu and lots of TVs. read more

The place is like a dark cave. ALL.DAY.LONG. "Dive bar" is an understatement. But the bartenders are reasonably attentive and will help you kill and tarantulas and scorpions that run around in your brain housing group. They do show sports games. NFL Season appears to be a Buffalo Bills fan destination. The wings are pretty good if I dare say myself. If you have personal Executive protection, I recommend bringing them. I wish Zero stars was an option. My cousin and I decided to Bar hop on the Fruit Loop and catch the last end of the ballgame. Service was extremely slow so we just sipped even slower to kill time since this wasn't our last stop. The bartender seemed to be either drunk or having a bad night, or both. The next thing I know 3 guys that were loud and trashed (beforehad another guy on the ground punching and kicking him in his head. Not even a fair fight first of all. The bartender just sat there and watched. Me and everyone near me had our mouths wide open that this was allowed to go on for as long as it did. No one deserves that EVER at a place that they come to spend money. This guy was not even there 5-10 min. Then when the man funnily makes it to his feet to leave the bartender and goons just kept hitting him instead of just calling the police in the first place or have SECURITY! Like every other establishment over there.I hope he Sues that place for all they have and get those drunk bastards arrested. More importantly I hope he is ok! It was heartbreaking to watch middle aged grow (white) men literally take joy in jumping an unarmed (black) person all by himself. We immediately left and I will never return. The short fat Caucasian bartender verbal abused me because one of my friends I guess got 86 the night before a didn't remembe. when I arrived she was cussing out the other friend who was having mechanical issues and she said she don't give a fuck. I went in to talk to the bartender and let her know that my friend who never been there before was waiting on a tow truck. She started yelling at me and cussing at me when I was trying to explain to her the situation. We were not there the night before so we don't know what our friend did. Thats still no reason to take it out on us. Having gone to the horrible Double Down based on Yelp reviews that could not have been more wrong (wtf are you people smoking) I was walking back in the direction of my hotel and noticed Office Bar and thought I'd give it a shot. It was great. It's divey with no apologies and everyone was very friendly. I watched the entire Thursday night game and came out with an $18 tab. Awesome. This is not the kind of place I would frequent on the norm, HOWEVER, I am a local and have local friends that LOVE this place. Because of the great memories I have accrued form this bar, I give it 4 stars. If you wander in, you will always leave smelling of cigarettes and never of shame. The people who visit this bar are typically locals who all know eachother. The jukebox plays every song known to man. And the bartender, Vic, always puts a smile on my face. Funny guy. It is pretty easy to get HAMMERED as the drink prices are relatively low. There are a lot of gay bars close by so in the wee hours of the night/morning, you get the drunk gays who wander in and always guarantee a great time. read more
