Had some posters mounted on foam core. He did a great job at a fair price. Super easy to deal with.

Do not go to this frame shop if you need canvas stretched. When I called to ask about this service,…read morethey assured me that they could do it and stretch a large canvas painting. I was told it would be two weeks. It took over six. When I went to pick the piece up, it was handed over to me with no comment. The work was very poor quality -- not tightly stretched with ripples throughout the work. I asked about this. The woman at the shop (who did not do the framing) said she had asked her manager because she noticed the poor quality. (Though they were just going to hand it over to me without comment!) The team wasn't confident they could get it tighter without ruining the paint! I was told that they wouldn't be able to do better -- and any attempt would put me at the end of the very busy holiday queue -- and that I should try taking it to a different Michael's location with more experienced framers. But this location would not communicate with those shops - that was up to me. And to make it even worse, when I went to take it home so I can bring it elsewhere, they said they had nothing to wrap it with to protect it because it was large. Other than an apology of bad work, no conversation about what they could or would do to make this right.

First, communication was excellent and he was really easy to get in touch with and very responsive via email and text. He was very prompt and kept me in the loop on key decisions. Second, his rate was extremely competitive. Third, and most important, he did a great job. The door was well installed and looks great, even though there were some tricky angles for him to work with. He was also very considerate in keeping dust and particles to a minimum, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended, and will gladly work with him again.

Customers and contractors beware!! We hired Prestige Craftsmanship on approximately July 24, 2018…read moreto remodel our master bathroom with a customized shower and walk in closet for $10,500. We were to provide the main bathroom furniture and finishing materials like tiles, toilet, sink, lights, etc. And Prestige Craftsmanship was to provide all labor and the working materials. The work was estimated to be 2 weeks, however, after about 2 months Prestige Craftsmanship had walked away from the job, incomplete and a mess. Prior to beginning the demolition, the bedroom furniture was not covered, so the entire room and furniture are completely covered with drywall, concrete and fiberglass dust. Eric Headley (the owner of Prestige Craftsmanship) promised to have the room cleaned along with an area of the carpet replaced that was damaged by him from foam insulation. The shower has to be completely redone due to "substandard materials and poor craftsmanship" according to the tile expert we brought in after noticing many areas of concern. The $1400 sink that we purchased has been damaged due to the poor attempt that Mr. Headley made to cut holes for the plumbing, which we specifically asked him not to do. The drywall and doors in both the bathroom and closet remained unfinished and unpainted. The floor in the closet is damaged and sticking up near the entry creating a safety hazard. Both baseboard heaters were removed and never put back. During this whole ordeal, we remained patient and tried to be understanding. We were even asked to pay, and did pay, an extra $1000 that wasn't due until the work was complete. However, according to him, he needed to pay the plumber he hired. Who he did not even wind up paying. Friday, October 5th was the last day he worked. That next Monday, October 8th he text that he would not be in due to time running out and hurting his back. By Tuesday, October 9th, he responded to our text inquiring when he would be back to finish in which he responded that he would not be back because he took another job and wouldn't have the time.
