I have reached out to Karen several times in the past year to be told "she's too busy" (we were literally asking for one framed print of my own photo), or to receive no response at all which speaks volumes to how this business is run. We've been trying to get one framed print for a YEAR at this point. Clearly she doesn't mind basically stealing money from our family who paid for the gift card that she has NO intention of honoring. She brought my projects out in sealed boxes and I asked to see them before we left the store. She opened and never helped nor acknowledged us after that. She returned to the back of the store and we never saw or heard from her again. She wasn't pleasant, never a thank you or even "don't let the door hit you" from her. Customer service is key and that is where this Color Me Mine is lacking. Learn something from the young girls that are working at night and weekends. Be nice to your customers and customers will give you good reviews and return to your business.
