They prepared two different pasta dishes, one with seafood and Sorrento lemon and another with tomato and meat sauce. They prepared two second dishes, a salmon with herbs in white sauce and a dish of meat rolls stuffed with bread, herbs, cheese, egg and ham. They also prepared side dishes like salad, potatoes (white and red sauce). They also prepared stuffed bread (broccoli, ham, cheese) They also prepared the tipical Italian Rhum Baba'. The quality was GREAT. They were fast and clean. My guests can't stop talking about that night! Now are you curious about the price? Well, they do not charge you for hours. I just paid 22 $ per person and honestly we could not finish the dinner. It was A LOT! What happened next? They packed the extra food and left it for me ready to be stored and warmed up and enjoyed the next day *I did: it was still great!) I alredy had them organizing a kids party before (They are Events Planners too) and I suggested them for my best friend's wedding in September. Despite the simplicity, Cherished Events made the food beautiful and everything was well thought out. Cherish also worked with us to accommodate all the various food allergies of our guests which was so important to us! We had a separate table for gluten free options, and everything was made without artificial dye or nuts. Cherish even watched to be sure the bride and groom got enough to eat (something that often gets overlooked). Cherish and her helpers were so professional and kind throughout the entire day, we really appreciated that as well. I was also very grateful for her help with other things! She helped me know what plates would be best, how many drinks to have on hand, and was helpful with any other questions about wedding planning in general that I had since we didn't hire a professional planner. I went solely on phone conversations and text messages which do bear out the additional money. I would warn to beware and get a signed contract just in case.
