The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the dogs are happy to see everyone. They even arrange holiday activities like Halloween parties and Santa visits. It is super easy to schedule and add treats to their stays. Would definitely recommend Pampered Pets!

He is more than reasonable & quite frankly the only trainer I got along with. And I spoke to several self proclaimed as "BEST" from NNJ to CT to upstate NY, none of which the initial call ended pleasantly. Others claim to be so great yet try to pitch an absolute need to send dog off to a 3 week college in order to achieve any results. On the initial phone call I was able to determine Tommy was reasonable, trustworthy and if anyone could be a success story I found the best. I was offered a initial demo/lesson in which further proved my intuition was right on. Snooki achieved results/improvement she never exhibited prior. He not only can work with your pet, but has the ability to show the client how to get the pet to obey commands & "communicate" whats expected with your pet. He didn't have to "push" anything + is always extremely patient, flexible & giving of his time which I have to value & appreciate. A+ Thank-you

When I returned, I was handed his blanket that reeked of urine by a rude employee. My dog, who is able to hold his bladder for many hours at home, clearly was not taken out and was forced to pee on his blanket during his stay. When I brought him outside of the facility, he urinated for a full minute and looked like he had been holding his bladder since the day before. I picked him up at 12:00pm. When I brought him home, he threw up bile so I'm not sure when he was last fed. He also had diarrhea. I'm completely disgusted by the neglect of my dog and hope to warn people of this dump. Do not use.
