She gave another option of sewing it inwards, and when I asked for a price she told me to try the pants on to see how much it was in length... which is understandable as well. When she was looking at them she said they might like a little bit funny and said she doesn't want to do it so she doesn't get bad reviews. After finding out my dress was cut uneven, and poorly done from a seamstress I first went to, I thought I was out of options. After spending good money on my dream dress, and seeing it in such state really broke my heart. I called Ana's Sewing and they took me in right away. During the appointment I was reassured there was still hope for my dress, and Ana went through plenty of options on how she could go about fixing my dress. She did not once pressure me, or make me feel uncomfortable which I greatly appreciated after having a horrible experience with the previous seamstress. I felt right away as if I could trust her. Ana made me as a customer, a priority and worked on my dress as careful as possible. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and making customers feel at ease. I will from now on trust her with any future alterations. I got my dress back in less than a week, and I was in shock about how nicely done my dress was. Even though some alterations on the dress could not be fixed unless cut further shorter, she did a fabulous job blending it out. Great price overall and very satisfied with Ana's work!
