I would say this is a good park but after today my gut has just been top tier!! My daughter gashed her eye on that water slide. And let me also mention the run down park that's going on! If your that desperate to keep a park open with rusty crusty playground area... you should really rethink the whole idea of it! Cause it's not worth a child being unsafe! But by the looks of it children's safety isn't your top priority! read more

My family and I had a blast this past week bringing the kids here for some water play. It was a Friday afternoon and it was pretty hot out, the water area was full of kids. There are so many cool water features that spray, shoot and pour water throughout the concrete pad. The water drains really well too, so you won't find puddling. There is a little slide also, but the water makes it very slippery and many kids slid down too fast to the concrete below. Note: The park offers concrete bench seating inside the water zone for us supervising adults to watch over the littles. There is a playground right outside the gated water play zone and restrooms just past that. The restrooms were pretty dirty and full of dead june bugs. The sink was clogged with them. There is also ample parking available in a parking lot or street side. Overall had a great time here on a warm summer day. read more

Thank you LH for adding shade to this splash pad. Plenty of seating around around the pad for parents to keep a close eye on your child/children. Chlorine is strong smelling, plenty of shade outside the splash pad and a few tables sporadic around the park. Small parking lot, but ample street parking. Hours are 11am-8pm, summer hours. read more

Took my girls 6&8 to this park specifically for the splash pad and it was a hit. Lots of trees making plenty shade to lay a blanket down to have a picnic and easy viewing of the splash pad since it is gated. Another thing that is great park staff is selling ice cream. read more

Excellent choicerestrooms near water location. They have a rinse shower also a few bbq grills near shade areas. My daughter loved it

I haven't been to this park since I was a kid almost 40 years ago! My son has always seen baby photos of me at this park. When we drove by here the other day, I knew we had to stop! We noticed the new playground right away. There was also plenty beautiful old trees and places to sit. Then I noticed it, the old rocket ship from my childhood! I'm so glad they kept it! This park is still nice. I liked the new playground, but I think keeping the old rocket ship is great too. This park is so nostalgic for me, and I hope they keep it around for many years to come! read more

The new water play area is awesome for the kiddos durning hot days. I like even the fact that it is limited to 15 kids at a time and it's fenced in. The reservation thing is a plus because then it doesn't get over crowded. Will be coming here a lot for the summer! read more

Took the kids out to the park today so they can splash around at the splash pad. There was a lot of parking. The park was clean no bums anywhere in sight. There was an ice cream man and a rosado man who takes zelle. Great because I forgot to bring cash. The park had many trees with a lot of shady spots and many picnic tables under the trees. The air was so nice even though it's so hot this week. The grass was cut and everything smelled fresh. The birds were even chirping! The kids played in the splash pad and it was gated so I was able to rest under a tree with no worries. The bathrooms were clean so that was a plus. Everything was great the only complaint I have was the splash pad wasn't covered well. It had a few big umbrellas but I don't think it was enough for the kids. read more

I love this park. It's a fun place to take your kids. They have a splash/water fountain park and two different regular playgrounds. My kids love it, and so do I. I never see bums or weirdos there too. It's a cool place to have a picnic with your kids too. read more

I am reviewing the newly opened Splash Pads that are really great for the kids. You can reserve a spot for your child as soon as two hours in advance. So far our little guy has gone 3 days in a row and he really enjoys it. They only allow 15 kids at a time for 1/2 hour sessions. read more

Splash park was definitely a 4/5 star, but the bathrooms were utterly disgusting. They are definitely issues with bug/beetle infestation. I couldn't even count the amount of bugs that were on the floor and the walls, alive and dead. About the size of a dime too so my toddler wasn't happy. I also saw a few that were getting stopped by the drains in the water splash area. Even though my child had a great time, the bathrooms were so gross makes me not want to go back. read more

Absolutely a fun experience for the kids if you're an organized parent and make reservations ahead of time. Due to Covid protocols, you can only share in on the fun if you do this. My child and her friends had so much fun here, despite the aggressiveness of some of the kids. We look forward to coming back. read more

This park has an awesome splash pad but only downfall is the make you make a reservation for 30 mins the wait isn't worth it for only 30 mins of fun for the kids they need a better system where kids can play longer then 30 mins. read more

Let's hear it for "ROCKET SHIP PARK" Weeeeeeeeee!!! Nice wide open park, perfect for parties and large groups. Plenty of shade and a wonderful little playground, including, you guessed it, a rocket for you to play and climb. Although the rocket has been altered from the days when you could climb willy nilly all over it, it's still a classic for this park, all the kids called it "Rocket Ship Park" back when I was a kid. There is also a classic spinny thing, like a spinning top that you can sit and hold on to the bars while your buddies run frantically around and around... self propelled, if you will. Seems the playground is still old school but altered to be safer in this sue-happy world. Love it! Parking kind of stinks but there is a lot and a nice neighborhood surrounding the area. At any given weekend you can find people at this park; playing, eating, socializing and having fun. Bathrooms don't suck either. Thanks La Habra, for keeping this park the gem that it was... and maintaining it for us to still enjoy just as much today. CHEERS! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! read more

Splash pad is great! Fun for my 9 yr old but also fun for the little kiddos. Spots for parents to sit in the shade (always a plus!).

The splash pad is free and awesome for young kids. Best time is early morning if you are going on the weekends.

A small park but has some of the best playground structures! There are swings, a jungle gym, a splash pad (open during summer), and a large spinning structure. Of course, many benches and a bathroom as well. read more

This is a mid to large size park. It has a small play ground and large field. There are benches and tables for picnics. There are plenty of large mature trees. There is no parking on the street , only in this tiny lot. read more

This is a pretty nice spacious park. Located of the main drag on Lambert Rd. And behind it is a residential area.. This park is really cool it has an old styled rocket that you used to be able to go up into but they have sealed it up.
