The man behind the finkmüller coffee wagon is friendly and welcoming and pulls a balanced and flavourful espresso. Coffee is his passion, but, at present, not his main draw. He's an 'oil-ist', a man who presses oil. His shop, located directly behind the espresso set-up, is filled with cooking oils of various description and 'jams' made from a variety of interesting sources, caraway among them. Fresh juices/smoothies are made-to-order at the counter. One can sit on a vintage sofa right there in the shop and sip away on either a hot beverage or cold drink. Beyond the jams, oils and fruit juices, one can find nuts, dried fruits and 500 gr. bags of espresso beans (the sort he uses for his finkmüller enterprise).
A traditional cappucino/flatwhite will set you back 5 CHF and it is worth every Rappe.
