I've been to this place a couple times. While I do support local businesses but I just don't see…read morehow this business is still running after all this time. The last time I've been here, I went there to see what kind of stuffs they have. Unsurprisingly, I kind of sensed that this place was not a good store to visit. Their prices are kind of expensive. They sell / rent movies, games, and pornography. I mean, they do have many of the videos you would normally expect to see. But unfortunately with the prices they charge, I don't think I would want to do business with them. I remembered their prices for renting was like $8 or more for a couple day rental or something like that. Also if you wanted to buy a movie, I remembered their prices being as high as $15 or more for a single or 2 copies. With the way that the online streaming are going and how inexpensive DVD's are nowadays, like $5 at Walmart and sometimes even cheaper prices at large chain stores, no one's gonna bother going to this place to rent movies from them except for those who doesn't know how to use the internet for online streaming videos or just wanted to watch a movie on the big screen but only has a DVD player hooked up and didn't want to keep a overstacked amounts of movies cluttering up their place. Also the other problem was the last time I was there, the clerk that was working there at the time didn't even bothered to greet me, if I noticed correctly, he didn't even bother to look up at me to acknowledge me. I was there for like nearly 10 minutes and he didn't even bother to see if I needed help with anything and there wasn't even anyone else in the store the entire time I was there either. THERE'S SOMETHING CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! So despite how I don't like seeing a local business going down the drain because many people's dreams was to have their businesses but I can definitely see how this place is going to go down into the ground with the way they provide their services before the decade is over.

Kinda hard to rate since I've rarely rented a movie ever since Blockbuster went out of business;…read moreppl now just online lol. So have to give credit to the owner for still sticking this through, who knows how long... maybe his Mobilicity cell phone sales may help lol. 2 days rentals on new movies, $5.25, within a year release. Over that, it's same price for 7 days. free parking in the westview plaza.

If you're truly interested in spending upwards of $2000 on a retro pinball machine, you're probably…read moretoo busy partying it up in your mansion to spend time on the internet looking through business directories for personal testimonies. But if you've made it this far, let me tell you about the magical and prehistoric collector's items available at John's Jukes. First and foremost are the Jukeboxes, old delightful automated DJ machines that take everything from loonies to nickels. One of the Jukeboxes is fashioned to look like the back of a hot pink convertible, perfect for making your living room look like Pop Tate's Soda Shop in Archie Comics. Most of the other ones can be summed up by referencing the opening montage for Happy Days. There is also a wide variety of pinball machines, with every co-opted franchise from Star Wars to Kiss, and a few video game consoles that have been manhandled by fastidious fingers for over 40 years. But it's a high price to pay for nostalgia, with items ranging from several hundred dollars to several thousand. If you do miss Frogger that much though, it's the right place to go, just make sure that you have a truck nearby so you don't have to maneuver the console through traffic.

Now, I am not a pinball game player, nor am I a jukebox expert, but I love the way they look in a large living room or a retro restaurant. And this place has some of the more unique items. From brightly decorated machines that play music the old-world ways (with coins) to pinball machines that cost a few thousand dollars, this travel time back to more beautiful days gone by is worth a visit.
