We then received information…read morein Jan. 2021 that the trip would be canceled so when we tried to receive our full refund, which we paid for the insurance, we got the run around from Universal Tropicano services. David advised that Princess would refund all, but we contacted Princess cruise lines they advised us that they could refund our full amount minus the travel agencies commission (over $300.00) They stated this should be refunded by the travel agency. My wife finally contacted Universal, and they kept giving conflicting info. To this day Universal travel services refuses to contact us back either by telephone or email. Since no services were provided and the trip was cancelled, they have decided just to keep the commission. This is not operating in good faith. I would recommend not using this agency since their unscrupulous methods are not what anyone should invest in. Please go through another agency.
