After getting engaged I tried to plan a destination wedding in three short months. Everything I…read moreliked was booked! I was overwhelmed with details and frustrated at the lack of assistance from various resorts. One of my friends recommended Boerne Travel and I am so glad I called! Alissa asked me a few questions and gave me helpful travel advice about things that hadn't even crossed my mind. Within a couple of days, she was able to find the luxury rooms, for me and my guest(s), at a much lower rate than we had been quoted. Thank you so much Boerne Travel for helping us book our dream wedding. We are forever grateful.

"It was an unforgettable experience. We flew from LA to Fiji, to Melbourne, to Hobart, to Sydney,…read moreto Cairns, to Noosa, and then to Brisbane for the flight home with a 2 night stay in Fiji before we headed back to LA. All the arrangements were great: the airport transfers to the hotels, the hotels themselves, and especially the excursions! I told the agent, Stephanie, all the things that we wanted to do and we did them all! All the tours had such great guides! They were knowledgeable, and friendly, and so accommodating! I had a physically challenging tour in the Rainforest but the guide kept me with him to help me in the "dodgy" places. We were busy almost every day and still had free time to explore on our own. I contacted Stephanie several times before trip and she really helped me with many useful tips. Highly recommend!"

When it came time for my husband and I to plan our honeymoon, we knew we wanted some guidance, but…read moremost importantly, wanted someone to do the leg work. Seriously, wedding planning is hard work and about six months in, the thought of planning one.more.thing - even an incredibly relaxing trip - weighed heavily on my mind. As it turns out, the only "work" we had to do was acquire passports and show up at the airport on time. Joy went above and beyond to make our trip heavenly. We told her a few of our major preferences, and she made all the big decisions for us, which was exactly what we wanted. From flights, to transportation to and from the airport, to arranging any add-ons we desired, Joy did it ALL. She specializes in Sandals resorts, which means she has an extra special "in" with them to ensure her clients get tip-top treatment while they're there, but she can arrange any trip to anywhere, not just Sandals. When we arrived to Sandals in Negril, Jamaica, it was obvious that Joy had taken extra measures to ensure we were well taken care of during our stay. And, by well taken care of, I mean treated like absolute royalty. We requested a certain room, which is something you can do, but they make no promises or guarantees, and we were placed in the exact room we requested (per Joy's assistance.) She even treated us to the perk of Club Mobay in the Montego Bay airport, which in my opinion, is the only way to do it - lounges, continental breakfast, full bar, clean restrooms, etc. It was a total surprise to us, and who knows how much it cost her, but was totally the cherry on top of an unforgettable trip. One thing's for sure, we won't plan another important trip without Joy's help, although this one will be hard to top!

Beware of incompetence in the Seguin Branch. Our anniversary was ruined by lack of information,…read moreknowledge, and the ignorance of the Ascot Rep in seguin. What was taken can never be given back. A special planned surprised Anniversay/vowel renewel trip turned into a nightmare when we paid for an anniversary/vowel renewel upgrade to the El Dorado Royale Casitas on Riviera Maya. Three different agnecies became involved in this tour, which was never mentioned or documented. The third party agency wedding coordinator set the date a month early then wanted to charge and additional $200 to secure another date, which was already paid for in an all inclusive upgrade. Needless to say we went on a tour that was non-refundable at that point only to go hang out with all the other couples celebrating what we were supposed to be celebrating without a ceremony. Don't be fooled into spending over two thousand more dollars for what you could get all inclusive without; when it comes to dealing with this agent. Once they got your money, your on your own to watch the finger pointing when things go wrong! Thanks Vicki and John...for nothing!!!
