The menu changes but for the most part you can expect creative, tasty and filling meal choices. For example, wings, lamb chops, salmon bites or even salmon stuffed with crab meat. The sides orders range from baked beans, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, rice and peas and collard greens. The service is good and the meal preparation wait time is about 15-20 minutes. The food truck location changes so its best to confirm the time and locations.

We ordered baked beans, collards, and mac and cheese. The cakes we ordered were cream cheese velvet, strawberry crunch, and the kookie n creme. The wings - they were decent a little on the salty side and i tasted no heat, nice and soft. The lamb chops were a burnt and their was no taste/flavor was not there for us. Ok, now the sides, the mac and cheese was ok, the collards were a tad bit salty, the baked beans I know they came from the can, and they tasted like it, the peas and rice hmmm just rice. The cakes were delicious they were light and very very tasty We will definitely go back there, but only for the cakes. The food nah. Oh, and be patient the food is cooked when ordered so we had an hour and change wait.

They are over 30 minutes away from me, but I never hesitate to go when I'm craving some real Dominican street food. Their Picadera con proteínas is my go-to. They have different options for the protein and the sides for you to choose from. I always do Tostones with pechurinas (fried chicken), longaniza, carne de res, or cerdo frita. My mom loves their orejitas. When I'm craving a chimi, they are my go-to. They also have a special for chimis on Wednesday. I love their empanadas; they have an authentic Dominican flavor. Their empanada de pollo or pizza are my two favorites. Their Yaroas are excellent and very loaded. Their Rebulu fries are the perfect Dominican-style loaded fries. My family also enjoys their kipes. I can go on forever on what to try from them, but all I can say is that if you are looking for good flavor, quality, and feel of Dominican style food De Lo Mio is the place to go.

They have tables and chairs outside to eat on site. The wasn't bad. It was ok, not sure what was missing, but it didn't blow my socks off. I had Fries and chicken with cheese (Yaroca) Tamarind juice (so good)

Ms. Cooper's energy had us cracking up We ordered the $50 platter that came with fried shrimp, fried conch and conch balls and fries. This was definitely enough for 2 to 3 ppl as it states on the menu. We were then given a number and told to wait in our car because she would bring the food to us. We waited about 10 or so mins. It was not crowded nor a line. Our food came out hot and delicious. The batter was so light, the shrimp was hugh and the conch was tasty. Honestly, this was our 1st time eating conch. We were throughly pleased. We were so pleased, we ate everything right in our car.. in the parking lot. We didn't want the food to get cold, so we just enjoyed it there. Happy we did. This was worth the wait, worth the visit and worth the money. We were both nice and full. Oh and this is in a gas station and it was in a little area.
