Then WHY did the cashier tell me I could bring it back if it didn't work within 3 days?!?!?!? I would have NEVER bought it without testing it, if I had know I wouldn't be able to return/exchange it. Staff need to be retrained and this Goodwill needs to STOP selling broken stuff.
