Finally get to update my Bills Brothers review from 7 years ago!…read more This place was hopping on a Saturday afternoon. I suspect everyone was out spending their stimulus checks and tax refunds. The parking lot was nearly full. My husband and I are closing on our new home in 2 weeks, and I thought we should check-out Bills Bros for a dining table. 10 years ago I had great luck here furnishing my home; I still have most of the furniture to this day. Bills didn't deliver on the dining table, but they did have a lot of great accent furniture at very reasonable prices. Think accent chairs, lamps, bar stools, end tables, walls decor and throw pillows. Once we're moved in I might come back and look around again. Sales staff are friendly and not at all pushy. Available if you have questions. Lots of clearance items and one-offs. I saw a new-in-box Barbie Dream House for $129.99 that my 10-yr. old self squealed over. You just never know what you might find here! No frills here, but the selection is nice. Recommend!

They do have other smaller household decor, like lamps, coffee tables/side tables, clocks, and the like. A-OK review if you're in the market for some contemporary, hip, neutral colored furniture…read more We stopped in here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon - in search of a 6-8 person dining table. They had very few dining tables on display, so we looked at couches and recliners instead (not needing either). Furniture prices were high to me, but merchandise was very stylish and on-trend. We looked around for about 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Perhaps this was the owner himself who ended up greeting us; he asked what we were looking for and that was about it. Didn't give us much direction or anything as far as telling us where to look for dining tables. We were the only customers in the store at this particular time. Store is cluttered, unorganized and dirty in some areas and the customer service left something to be desired. Recommend if you're seeking hipster-esque decor or if you have no budget at all. No frills or over-the-top customer service here, either.

After tax I believe I spent around $500. That price also included the 'special' cleaning solutions that the salesperson suggested I buy to go with the couches. The sales woman we worked with was very friendly and answered our questions. She was able to help us, as well as another couple simultaneously. I didn't feel like she was hovering around, like many salespeople tend to do when they're working on commission. Quality is good here, but I wouldn't shop here again unless I could take advantage of a major sale. Our couches were in-stock, which was wonderful as we wanted them ASAP.

We purchased a sectional and extra warranty less than a year ago, small stains continue to show up all over the couch and I'm constantly cleaning it--they tried to say it's probably due to our shampoo-- well, my husband is bald and don't rub head on the seat cushions, so try again. I tried making a claim through the warranty we were told "covered everything" and it was denied. Shortly after we bought it, my daughter reclined in a middle section and we noticed a tear on the corner of the foot rest, I called in and sent photos and they said that's not covered by the warranty either and the Ricky the manager told me "you should have looked it over better when it was delivered". After calling corporate, they finally had professional cleaners come try to clean the stains and the professional cleaners told us this was likely a used couch that had been reupholstered.....there was no way this couch was less than a year old-- mind you we don't have small children in our house either, it's me, my husband and my 16 year old daughter (and she rarely sits upstairs with us) One week later and the same stains are back-- terrible "warranty" if you can even call it that and terrible customer service. I've given them the chance to make it right, but now I'm warning others to not purchase from Furniture Row-- we definitely will not be back.

Each time everyone I encountered was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase; we looked around as we walked in and we were greeted but they were not pushy. We said we were just looking for now and they let us wonder. Once we found something we liked they helped answer our questions and said we would be getting a new sofa in the box. There were 2 recliners on the floor and one, as the sales associate said "had a hitch in its giddy up". He made sure we received the good one. They explained the two different finance options and signing up for the one I chose was as easy as they mentioned. We left smiling and satisfied with our choice. The pickup; I failed to bring my receipt. They said not a problem and asked for my ID. They helped me measure my sofa and my vehicle and figured it would fit. I pulled around to the warehouse and the two gentleman helping me load the sofa were pleasant and careful with my purchase. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture, bedding and even lights and wall art. The prices are competitive and there is a wide range of prices to fit any budget.

We walked in and were greeted by Duane within about 30 seconds. Not overbearing, which I appreciated. He was informative and available if we needed him. We spent about 30 minutes in the store, unbothered by other staff members, and had the ability to look around without being pressured. They had a couple of nice things we took pictures of, but ultimately left because this was our first stop of four. Duane gave us his business card. A super nice guy and I'm sure he would have been great to work with. We ended up finding the same dining table Ashley wanted $1349 for at another, local furniture shop for $679. I kid you not. I assume Ashley's bloated prices are thanks to high commissions and their crazy advertising costs. I hear that you can actually negotiate at Ashley, but I'm not sure we would have wanted to. They do have a clearance section and other houseware items like decor pieces and accents. I recommend stopping, but do your research before committing. The gimmicky sale prices actually bring the merchandise down to the prices you should be paying to begin with (in my opinion).

We got to the store and began looking around. Almost immediately were approached by a nice salesperson (can't remember male or female, just that they were friendly and not pushy). I think the person could tell I was on a mission, so they left me alone unless I had questions. I was searching for something reasonably priced, but not cheap. I really do like a lot of furniture Slumberland has, so I wasn't surprised when I saw a sleigh bed (queen + frame) in this store for under $300. I asked the salesperson about the bed and they 'looked it up in the system' to see if they could get me the bed within 2 weeks. Lo and behold they didn't have the bed in the Wisconsin warehouse, so I couldn't get the bed for at least 6 weeks. WHAT??? Why even have something on sale (on sale to sell quickly) when you can't get it to the customer promptly? I thought 2 weeks was plenty of time, but Slumberland obviously wasn't prepared to meet such demands. I took my business elsewhere. 3/5 because the service was good and I like the quality, style and variety of what they carry. Store and parking lot are clean, which made for an enjoyable shopping experience.
