First of all if could give 0 star or -1 I would I booked for mothers day at cost of £20 per table in totally cost me £100 I am yet to receive a refund and it has now been 3 days which adds to dispointing view of which should have a happy event.
So remember as a recall the events am not a party of one, am going to spill the tea. I booked ahead and took the measure of calling +3hrs before my booking to check my party could sit together spoke to Rehina I believe in length at no point did anyone tell me my PARTY OF 10 booking had been cancelled we travel over 30mins to arrive and to be told we no booking to was in state of disbelief remember it's mothers day all my party are standing in a door way face a table at back of the restaurant that seats 8 with 2 guest seated and two other smaller tables free.
I work in customer service I was approached by Male staff who wispers like he didn't want a sence and first told me I had no booking, get ready then I hadn't been charged, then no took my call to confirm then there nothing no the system the money had been refunded. Then the person i spoke to made a mistake. Then last oh the money will refused 2 days.... which I wasn't..
So my point is this you will take someone money not correct your mistake by having 10 people arrive stand for 10mins in a doorway all the while you don't try to fix your mistakes and have the front to keep someone's money.
