Promote and recognize the employees that do a GREAT job! Consistently working, NOT gossiping, efficiently getting the job done! Brandon- new guy?- impressed with him- he stays on top of who is finishing , keeps an eye on who is getting ready to finish( instead of choosing who he wants to do next) Tomi- always top notch service as well as Tocara-keeps on moving-getting the job done , Lane and Cam- she's a very hard worker! Landen, Amy, Kim, Pam, Jazmin and Ethan ( excellent at explaining the process) are all great!

They do care everyone that walks inside. They do ask if you are allergic to latex after you donate plasma. If you have any concerns discomfort while you are donating at CSL plasma they will do what they can but you have to be specific of what's bothering you while you are donating the plasma. And they will do what they promptly to assist the situation.
