Raise the payment rate!!! You are getting a massive influx of new donors(that makes every one elses's process slower) and you lower rates?Why? Greed, tariffs- both? There should be a separate section of beds for new donors, I've had up to 6 people take their place in front of- NOT spacing out-ridiculous- and NOW you cut rates??? Promote and recognize the employees that do a GREAT job! Consistently working, NOT gossiping, efficiently getting the job done! Brandon- new guy?- impressed with him- he stays on top of who is finishing , keeps an eye on who is getting ready to finish( instead of choosing who he wants to do next) Tomi- always top notch service as well as Tocara-keeps on moving-getting the job done , Lane and Cam- she's a very hard worker! They do get busy like everywhere else and they are kind and respectful. I have been a donator for 4 years. Sometimes they are slow and sometimes they are busy. They do care everyone that walks inside. They do ask if you are allergic to latex after you donate plasma. If you have any concerns discomfort while you are donating at CSL plasma they will do what they can but you have to be specific of what's bothering you while you are donating the plasma. And they will do what they promptly to assist the situation. read more

Go to any other center they will make you wait like 10 minutes with a hematoma until somebody who knows what to do shows up and they aren't professional at all about how they carry out the process after they've gotten you in their system read more

These people aren't very nice and defenitly aren't orginized the first four times I was there I spent three of them re doing a physicial exam and tha funny part bout it was they couldn't. answer me on why this was hapening intake techs seemed a little lost. The fourth time I went I was on the deferal list again couldn't tell me why they pay good but its defenitly not werth tha hassle I went too a plasma center in carbondale for months and never had a problem donated every time I went also the plobotamist pump tha machine to tha max jus wanting too get you outta there also not very friendly also they put ur money on a card that cost you money to use. read more
