Great work ladies .... On another note, this place is terrible, no sense of urgency, when in the chair donating you're intentionally ignored, I sat for 1 hr when scheduling an appointment for 8am, wasn't busy at all I wasn't acknowledged while ppl were talking and having a good time etc. eventually I left before I could even get stuck. Another time a lady was taking other ppl down from machine that finished before me and when she got to me it's like she deliberately ignored me and made it clear with her attitude that she didn't want to take me down. Another staff ended up taking me down then she came back around, after passing me up several times. I didnt let it bother me, but when you have ppl in your organization acting like this, it's bad for business. This specific location lacks structure and leadership, try another location or go to another organization. Bad attitudes as well, whatever is going on outside of work that's bothering you, that should stay at the door or if you're not happy then find another job or something. I may donate here one more week then I'm definitely going to Octapharma. And they play with ppls money!! Hope you all get it together, be blessed

It's extremely pathetic and very concerning. After witnessing a person shooting up in the parking lot, I informed the staff and somehow the boyfriend found out and confronted me in the parking lot, it was a very difficult situation and I will not be coming back to this location.

The American health care system is whack. I had to pay the surgeon, the surgery center, the…read moreanesthesiologist and I signed a release that if they had to leave dissolving sutures in the surgical site, I've have to pay them too. But that's my editorial and none of it is Charlotte Surgery Center's fault. Today, we're reviewing the Charlotte Surgery Center Museum Campus. Lots of communication from them (not as much from the surgeon) with pre-op instructions, post-op instructions, screening questions, scheduling, payments, and confirmations. My wife and I arrived for our 5:15 am at 4:55 am (the Lyft ride was early) and they don't open the doors until 5:00 am. A brief wait outside before the initial gatekeeper brought us inside. A comfortable waiting area with wifi and free coffee and some paid vending machines. No eating or drinking for me, but I got my wife a cup of coffee while she hung out waiting for me. I saw a LOT of people today to justify the estimated $13,000 bill for today's procedure. I was called over to the registration nurse who discussed payment (hooray for insurance!). Screening nurse who brought me back to the pre-op waiting area. Prep nurse who got me my gown, warm blankets and set the IV. Anesthesiologist nurse. The anesthesiologist herself. The operating room nurse. The surgeon who marked the spot where the excision was taking place and confirmed it with me (no easy mistakes to be made today!). All of this took about two hours before I was finally wheeled back into the operating room. The anesthesiologist stuck some Versed into the IV and I didn't even get to count backwards from ten. I saw her put the drugs into the IV and then I woke up in the recovery room. Perfect! I don't like the mushy part in the middle and these drugs were like a "skip" button on the DVR of my brain. I do not remember a darned thing! And if you're worried about me, please don't. This was minor outpatient surgery that took a half hour. I'm already home and writing Yelp reviews with sufficient pain killers and post-operative instructions. I'm perfectly okay! [Review 18565 overall - 3340 in North Carolina - 2087 of 2022.]

Something they apparently couldn't explain 3 weeks prior? Patient centric care is minimal, post op care consisted of "see your papers the dr office gave you" pre op care questioned my allergies and apparently had no idea until 5 minutes before surgery that I had allergies to some of their medications and didn't quite know what to do about it. Ultimately I used Southpark surgery for my 2nd surgery and there was no comparison. If you have a choice with insurance, go there. If you can switch because you've met your out of pocket, switch for your 2nd eye. 2 stars because of the pre op nurses and my surgery was successful. Only positives I can say.

The problem was security at the door, likely contracted through another company. I advise change in guard. The individual working security this day(opening the door to the building and ensuring check in) was one of the most unkind persons I've encountered. I get we all have bad days, I was having a tough morning myself. They Did not let me in without a mask, but while frantically searching on the sidewalk for one, she let others in without masks after me. She stated she would not let me in if I were late to my class, for I would have to drive to go find a mask to purchase, in order to enter the facility. Upon further assessment, the ARC has lifted all mask mandates as of April 1st, so I am not sure why I was singled out. My classmates and instructor did not wear masks either and did not get stopped at the door. Upon my departure, the individual was in the corner on her phone-and did not address if I had to sign out. The least helpful. I'm almost certain had a kind gentleman in the parking lot not had an extra mask on him, I would have missed my class for reasons of their own security keeping me out. Of a class I cleared the day and paid for. I was terribly disappointed and will drive anywhere but to this location for recertification in the future, you have lost my business. Can a genial, kind secretary not serve this job well? I'm uncertain why we need security in a space already highly fortified with cameras throughout

I booked an appointment with him and was given an overnight sleep test that later proved to be incomprehensible when I chose to go to a more competent Doctor in Charlotte. I later found out that Dr Hardy had formerly worked at Presbyterian Hospital SleepCenter, where I received a second opinion, but had left Presbyterian when he was disallowed for billing the hospital as both sleep doctor and department administrator. He was in the process of ' building ' his own practice when he examined and advised me. Dr Hardy prescribed a CPAP machine for me that caused more trouble than relief. He also insisted that I take Trazadone for a sleep aid and added that the drug was so good that he himself took it! Rather unprofessional I might add? I tried Trazadon and reported to him that it gave me stomach aches and he responded incredulously " that was impossible " . I later refused to pay his bill since he and his staff were so completely unprofessional and additionally mailed him a symptom list of Trazadone with Nausea highlighted in yellow. It didn't seem to phase him because he simply did not respond and reported me to a collection agency. Since I had the money and a great credit history, I decided to pay this half baked practitioner. Upon arriving at my new home in Arizona, I was correctly diagnosed as having mild sleep apnea and I am only required to wear a mouth splint which serves as a snore guard. Sleep Doctors typically recommend CPAP machines whether you need them or not. It was actually a Pulmonologist and a specialty dentist here in Arizona that finally solved my problem to my satisfaction and with sleep tests performed in my own bed revealing oxygen blood saturations above 90% during an entire night's sleep. after I had spent ten years dealing with the inconveniences of wearing a CPAP. I think I owe a follow up recommendation that Dr Hardy can carry with him should he proceed to misdiagnose and complicate someone else's life. Although I notice that Healthgrades has currently given him 4 stars, I challenge you, dear reader to find any doctor with less than 4 stars. I also notice that his clinic on Fairview road, Charlotte is no longer in business and his phone number 7043775337 does not repond when dialed. Finally, Dr Hardy's night staff during the sleep test administered at his clinic was not even certified and admitted that he was only their to make sure that the data recorded during the sleep test would exceed my insurance company's( United Healthcares) requirements. I will give Dr Hardy points for being ' enterpreneurial ' but is that is that what medicine is really about ??? Think twice about sleep tests and be sure to get a second opinion perhaps from a dentist who specializes in night guards and also thank you Yelp.com for giving flesh and blood human beings a place for authentic feed back.
