I can't say how far my child has actually come. It's very impressive. I will travel to get my son his therapy sessions I would not change the staff or the way they do things. Nothing needs to be changed. Everything is perfect. Me and my son JayJay love Little Wonders and the staff. I do recommend this place even though there can be other good therapies too. But I highly recommend this place.

Many medical practices in the Charlotte NC area are part of Novant or Atrium and both have blanket…read morepolicies that regulate how MDs are permitted to treat patients. I looked into IORA (now One Medical Seniors) because they were not like that and my MD was the best Primary Care Physician I've ever had. Eventually One Medical was purchased by Amazon. If you want your medical care managed by an MBA at Amazon, go for it. A few months ago I left NC and I have yet to find an MD who even approaches the quality of care my One Medical PCP (Danielle Newman MD) offers. Were I to return to Charlotte, I'd definitely seek her out to be my physician again...I'm not sure I want Amazon intruding into my life any more than it already does as I believe their major concern is financial, even when it means that patients don't receive optimal care.

I do understand these kinds of circumstances however, no one ever tried to call or reach out to me before I arrived at the appointment. I had an option to do my screening with the NP Leah Alfino and reschedule with Dr. Adams or reschedule my surgery consult and do the screening then. I opted to do the screening first. I made it clear to the front desk that it was only a screening appt. and I would reschedule for another appointment. I was billed for a moderate visit so it was not covered as a screening. When I called the office they told me I should have stopped any questioning of anything else and said, " I am only here for my screening!". This sounds very rude to me! I was baited into a question/ answer session to be able to say she talked to me about other issues! How would a patient know to stop the questioning to stop billing? They checked directly with the NP and she stood firm on her billing! I am an RN an I have never heard of such a thing! They would not adjust the code so I paid the bill, notified Medicare and I will NEVER EVER return!! Dr. Adams just lost not only a patient but a surgical patient, as well! They lost an enormous amount of money and credibility with me!

My father can no longer walk and is now in a nursing home on hospice as his health has declined massively from these repeated falls and lack of appropriate care. I tried to address this issue no avail with the executive director and corporate, but they refused to take responsibility and take seriously the lack of care and neglect my father experienced. They were non-responsive, only offering to refund his care fee for that time, which was not sufficient.
