I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Will himself. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping his patients feel better. Thanks to his treatment, I experienced real improvement and was very happy with my results over the past year. His nurse, Monika, has also always been wonderful--kind, helpful, and efficient whenever I've called or come into the office. Recently my husband injured his back, and because of the great care I received, I immediately knew we should go see Dr. Will. Monika helped get him scheduled quickly and was very accommodating, which we really appreciated since my husband has a very busy schedule. Unfortunately, our experience with the office manager/secretary, Dea, was extremely disappointing. When I first started treatment, she had me sit in the office work area for nearly an hour to watch a video that, frankly, felt like a complete waste of time. When scheduling my husband's appointment, I explained that he wouldn't have time to sit through that video and simply wanted to speak directly with Dr. Will. At our follow-up visit, Dea approached us and insisted that my husband sit and watch the video. My husband was in pain and couldn't sit comfortably, but she continued to push the issue and was rude and unprofessional during the interaction. She also began speaking as if she were giving medical guidance, which was uncomfortable since she is not a medical professional. It felt inappropriate and unnecessary. Dr. Will and the clinical staff are excellent, and the care provided is truly top-notch. However, interactions with Dea significantly detracted from the experience. If the video is truly necessary, it would make much more sense to simply place it on the website so patients can watch it ahead of time rather than requiring them to sit in the office. Dr. Will's practice provides great care, and the medical team is fantastic. That said, the overall patient experience would be much better if interactions with Dea were handled more professionally and she had less interactions with the patients.

Dr. Patel was incredibly attentive to detail and spent just about as much time with me in my initial visit as my prior chiropractor spent with me during my 15 visits combined. Prior to beginning treatment, Dr. Patel took and reviewed x-rays with me, analyzed my arches, performed numerous tests, and asked a ton of questions to get a full idea of what may be causing my back pain. Dr. Patel was also the first person to review my MRIs with me despite regular visits to my primary doctor, prior chiropractor, and prior physical therapist. During the course of treatment, Dr. Patel approached resolving my back pain on many fronts, including not only traditional methods such as traction, stretching, adjusting, acupuncture, and muscle stimulation, but he also provided me with exercises to complete at home, diet tips, supplement ideas, sleeping suggestions, and reading recommendations for the body and soul. My review, begins at the hospital when my dad was in the hospital and Brad from Amada came to the…read morehospital and went over everything in great detail. One the things he said, was consistency is a priority for for Amada. That was not the case... We used Amada for seven months... In the beginning my father required 24 hour care and then he changed to eight hour care then back to 24 hour care... there was occasional consistency at best. I must give a big shout out to Janice and Jenny who are absolutely fabulous! Janice would work double shifts to care for my dad! There was no doubt that these 2 took great care of my father. However, on the other hand we had 1 caregiver fall asleep on the job and 1 that could not stay off her phone. My appreciation to Amada for sending invoices and notes to my dad's long term health care insurance plan. Brad generally responds right away and tells you what want to hear whether completely up front or not. Overall, I would give Amada 3 stars but Janice and Jenny deserve 5 stars!
