We are out over a thousand dollars and with no service to show for it. If you choose this place do not leave without copies of *everything* in writing, and have a paper trail for every communication. It shut down several times, using multiple web browsers, forcing me to start over from the beginning each time. After about the 4th or 5th time I gave up because there was never any way to save my current progress at any point in the form. Next, the incessant text messages. I would receive multiple texts from multiple in the office, including the doctor, with the same information again and again. Then, while speaking with someone in the office who called to gather my health details, I had to explain the same things multiple times because the young lady seemed too preoccupied to completely pay attention. Next, I received an "excited to see you tomorrow" text with details about my appointment and yet another link to the intake form asking me to complete the form before my visit. note that when I spoke to the mostly inattentive person on the phone, I told her how I attempted to complete the form several times and it kept failing, and she told me NOT to worry about it because this phone call would answer all of those questions for them. Finally, at 11:45am the day before my 9am appointment, I received a text from the doctor saying "...My scheduling coordinators mixed up my schedule . I will not be able to see you at 9 AM tomorrow. Therefore, we will need to reschedule. Sorry for the inconvenience. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday". ......that's it? Just, sorry we can't see you, have a good day??
