3 days to change a tire. I ordered the tire on a Friday. It came in on Monday. I dropped my wheel off on Tuesday morning at 10 AM when they opened. Called on the third day to follow up, and was told if it's not done by the end of the day, I'll give you a call in the morning. Unacceptable. My wife and I are new into side by sides so after spending countless hours on youtube, we decided to go to Octane to see them in person. I was immediately impressed by the huge selection all under one roof. The place is enormous! They carried everything that I was interested in seeing from Yamaha to Kawasaki to Honda to Can Am to you name it. Seeing all of the brands under one roof allowed us to compare at a single dealer without having to run around town. Chase, our salesman, was extremely helpful and was not pushy at at all. Dave, the sales manager, was the same way. He worked with us to find a solution and was not high pressure and he was very responsive to our emails. After we took delivery, Chase spent time helping us load it onto the trailer and he also climbed onto the trailer and tied everything down for us. I pretty much stood there and watched. lol. He was super helpful! Please ask for Chase when you go. I can't see going anywhere else. I really can't. read more

As soon as you walk in this place, you're greeted, not harassed. Lol. I came here originally to get a helmet because I know that they are reasonably priced, with great designs. I also left with some killer shirts that happened to be on sale for about $5-10 apiece. While here I also purchased some tires for my ATV for a last minute ride we decided so go on... however upon getting home we realized that we got the wrong size tires. Anyways I brought them up the next day with my receipt and Donny and C.J , worked extremely hard to try to find me some new tires that were the size I needed to exchange . Donny ran from the back to the front, then would look in the computer, to try to exhaust all options for me. In the end, I left a very happy costumer with my new tires, that Fen took out to my truck for me . Thanks for making this easy. Ride time. read more

Took my motorcycle to the "hometown" dealer, against the suggestion of coworkers. It had been backed into and had damage that I was wanting inspected, and fixed to keep myself and loved ones safe while riding. The process took longer than expected with regards to dealing with the insurance, and I left my bike with the shop because I was planning on having them get me fixed up and back on the road. All of the service staff seemed willing to help when I would call in to see how everything was going with the insurance adjuster. I was then notified by the adjuster that the repairs would be taken care of, and that the shop had been told to begin the process of repairing my bike. I was excited at the news. The next day I received a call that the shop could not get the parts to repair my bike and that it would now be considered totaled, and I could come retrieve my bike. I was a bit bummed, but it could always be worse. I called the shop and told them that I would be in to pick up the bike, to which I was told that it would be ready for me. When I arrived, the bike was in the back, so I walked around the shop to take a quick look at the bikes while I waited. When I heard my bike up front I walked out to tell the gentleman thanks and I appreciate it. When I looked at my bike I was shocked in the way it was brought out to me. I asked him if it had been parked outside all of this time, to which he replied that it was in their carport. Aggravated at the way I got my bike back I thought it was best for me to leave it at that and take my bike home. I thought about it, talked to some fellow riders at work, and figured I would call to let them know that the carport just wasn't cutting it. I hate calling to complain, but I figured that the information would be well received, and they would be appreciative of the feedback. I called in and talked to the "service manager" she said that she was shocked that I called, laughed at me and called me a liar. She said that a motorcycle couldn't rust in 15 minutes....um...I know. She said that she wasn't sure what I was trying to pull, or what I wanted. I told her I wanted nothing. I was just letting her know. If my bike got wet when I rode it, I would wipe it down, and blow it off with air. She was one of the rudest people that I have talked to in a very long time. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me she owned the place. I wanted to speak to her husband, most likely the real owner, because someone that comes to work with an attitude like that everyday is infecting the entire staff with it. Old Honda foreman in for repair of work done several months prior. A gas leak that was caused by them rebuilding the carb which, as it turned out wasn't necessary. This was on June 18th. Talked to the service manager twice after about a week or two for a progress report. Both times he stated I was next on the list. He lied. So on July 9th I talked to Ethan, some kid working the service desk. He stated they ran the machine but couldn't find the leak. Ethan was going to call on the 12th with an update of what else they found. Ethan lied . No call. Going there this morning the 13th of July to see if I can find a store manager. read more
